Yes, maybe my post was worded poorly but yes it was after the JF breakup/before the final implosion of the Kumite (I remember them talking about it while the Kumite was still a thing on Tonka's channel).
Either way, it definitely was already a thing by the time Warski was doing Warpath.

Andy would have to take steroids and sarms just to have a chance. Andy talks about training putting his body through hell supposedly, sounds like hes over training and anyone familiar with exercise knows he'll just crash or injure himself eventually... IDK shit doesnt add up and he over exaggerates when he brings up his "killer training" schtick

Or give me a shot with this one but what are the chances that he was paranoid at someone actually going to his actual address so he gave them the address to an apartment near enough that he can walk or uber to only to realize they were having a bazaar that day when he got there. Something like that if you actually lived there you wouldn't forget about and would of just told them ahead of time "Hey dudes just meet me at the mall because this thing happens today"

I still think he lives at Applewood Towers. He accidentally showed it as his home when he had google maps open (Theres a screenshot in here shortly after the 9/11 airplane simulator game came out but I'm not gonna look thru the autism). It even has a pool table like he has bragged about in the past.

I'm gonna stick to it being Applewood towers. Maybe I'm wrong but the fact that it is so close to where Surfer picked him up just reinforces this for me.

I was looking around his area to see I could find his "gym". All it made me realize is his area is filled with actually decent looking boxing gyms with actual rings and equipment.

Also listen to him as he takes those punches. He sounds like any harder and he is gonna pass out. I've seen salt papi take actual abuse and not make a sound. Yeah unless there is some lucky retard punch he throws Tardski is going down.

I wouldn't call it a piece of shit. It's not full of black mold, it's probably not in danger of falling down. I'd call it one of the shittier apartments, but its probably so ''run down'' because its full of a mix of muslim immigrants and junkies or disability recipients. The beer bottles laying about make me think junkies I could be wrong. They could have just snapped those pictures on an off day though and for all we know the building just didn't go all out on the rec room.
Edit: A lot of apartment buildings in Canada have mandated low income units for immigrants, single mothers, junkies and all other flavors of reprobates.

A random tip:

In terms of trying to find where Warski lives, pay attention to the background in his solo rants on Twitter. A couple of the videos show that where he’s living has air vents close to the ceiling. This is typically forced air HVAC in condos. No pictures from Applewood Towers listings have similar vents. The general look and feel of his (parents’) condo also seems higher quality and newer than that shithole Applewood building. But Warski’s building still have those awful plastic Venetian blinds so nothing that fancy.

Edit: still from his latest video. Mid-right of the image. Not quite near the ceiling but rather upper wall. Regardless, this is some sort of forced air, and doesn’t match the steam heat that seems to be used in the Applewood Towers units.

Ok I'll admit when I may be wrong so I looked into what you said and found something interesting.

A while ago I saw him take a gay selfie on instagram in what I originally thought maybe was a bathroom but seeing as the picture on the left is more likely the bathroom picture it left me wondering where he was with such a random ass brown door like that.

This zillow one at 50 Absolute Ave which is across the street as surfer mentioned kinda has the same feel but a lil darker. Could be because the homo plays with filters. Regardless, It also has a light switch similar to the one in his picture. Doorway to the left in his picture isn't in the zillow but that could be just apartment layouts.

Looks much more likely. Nice detective work!! His selfie vids also give me an “angular” vibe to the place, which your pics support. Most condos are right angles all over, so it’s definitely distinctive. I’d say you’ve got the right address.

Most condos have a good 10-ish different layouts per floor. The features/colors will match but the exact layouts and angles will differ. If it’s a purpose-built rental, it’s almost impossible to find floor plans online. If it’s a strata, anything built in the past decade or so should have floor plans online.


Edit: checking online listings, 50 Absolute Ave lines up very nicely with Warski’s videos. The awkwardly placed air vents mid way up the wall seal it for me honestly. HVAC vents in condos usually go very close to the ceiling.
