Slightest of power levels but I watch a ton of woman's sport but can’t bring myself to watch women’s football. At least if they’d added some troons I could watch it for the horror value and the occasion leg break when a twenty stone man with mascara slams into a woman a third of his size.

I feel like most men don’t like women’s sports unless the women in the sport are attractive and/or the sport has revealing clothing. That is a huge generalization, but since females are physically weaker this is the only draw for them. I don’t know.

I prefer the women’s sports for soccer but it is because I compare their performance to my own. I can’t do that with guys, but I will watch mens’ national teams for as many countries as humanly possible.

Most people interested in any women in sport tend to be gay or former athletes. And troons.

I'm not a fan either. But hey, if some people enjoy watching it more power to them.

On a sidenote, I am concerned about the Tour the France femmes. They finally brought it back, but if they don't put a rule excluding troons in place asap, it's gonna be 50% troons in bike shorts in 2023 (yuck). Because it's getting a lot of attention in the media, and mediocre males love nothing more than attention... Although I guess because the Tour works with teams, this might prevent troons from getting in. Hopefully.

I wouldn’t know about that. I mean sure, I suppose that beachvolley has a certain audience that like it for one reason.

But there are plenty of sports where physical differences don’t matter as much of even makes womens sport better. Tennis is one as I mentioned. Or badminton. Or volleyball actually, since male musculature usually means too many serves and smashes.

Weightlifting is one where the physical differences are big but it doesn’t matter, since it doesn’t get more exciting because men are capable of lifting more.

Football/soccer though? It’s definetely one where it’s negatively impacted.

No one is bleating about that other than the largely reviled American national team, who are awful and disliked by the rest of the world of womens football.

I just find it weird how people have this special beef against it.

Anyway.

The point is interesting about lack of troons in womens football. You’d think there would be the MOST troons in womens football, cos it’s the most popular sport.. but there isn’t. Why?

I was wondering if it’s cos autists prefer lone pursuits (swimming, cycling, lifting) to team sports?

But then they are also big into rugby and roller derby. Roller derby probably cos it’s a womens sport more or less so they get to invade and fetish it up..
rugby has a lot of mixed teams and gay leagues and stuff.. and it also gives them lots of opportunity to manhandle women.

But football is lacking it’s troon quota.
Maybe cos they hate football lads?
Maybe cos they spent their previous-to-troon lives giving it the big Football is shit?

Maybe also cos it’s hard to find womens teams. It is easier to access virtually any other sport. Especially as an adult, it’s quite a bit better for kids now but depending on area it still can be difficult for girls to access it.

Which is why people are giving it the big one about the womens euros- that, and there’s no World Cup this summer, cos the of the corrupt as fuck decision to hold it in Qatar in winter- that’s actually partially why people are getting into womens too, cos it’s actually affordable to attend matches still.

( @sheepworldvizor the England womens team did win an international tournament, yesterday, which neither sex’s national team have done since 1966. Which it’s why it’s something of a deal)
