This is the most confusing thing I’ve seen in this thread. After staring at it with my face contorted in disgust for a few minutes I think the small thing on the rat’s ass actually vored the rat head first. And then the last panel is a close-up of the small thing after voring the rat. (I can’t believe I wrote that. Kill me.)
