This is actually not a new thing, and sadly, neither is the phenomenon where someone suddenly acts out suicidal ideation after getting SSRIs. Uh she's reaching up but runs out of steam before her hands get to the noose. They drop when she loses consciousness. The wiggling back and forth is her body reflexively giving it a last shot. Most people aren't going to be able to get their hands up to the noose in a hanging situation. It's useless even if they do. Just mentioning this because people do not understand how irreversible even an accidental hanging is.
