Something tells me they just want to threaten a lawsuit but ain't gonna do a fucking thing. I agree on the false name on that C&D letter. If I'm understanding the formatting for the label right the last name wasn't completely scrubbed out in the image, the first letter of the last name is squared off in the upper left and lower left and "A" doesn't match that pattern.
I kind of wonder if the qr code on the middle bottle has any more information on it, but it's out of focus enough that I doubt there's really anything there. There's at least some info on the label that you could probably cross reference with what we can see, but that assumes it has the same info as the rest of the label and it's not just some sort of quick reference for the techs when they refill it.

This is also assuming those bottles aren't forged or modified for the photo already.
 
So just for the hell of it I decided to look into the 3 medicines that we have from val and see what exactly he is taking.

First up we have Quetiapine Fumarate at 100 MG which is used mostly for Bipolar Disorder and Schizophrenia. Specifically used mostly to help get rid of hallucinations that someone may have and keep them slightly more sane. So now we know Val is likely a schizophrenic pedo who is screeching online about how some youtuber is ruining their life. Paroxetine is usually used for depression, anxiety, PTSD, and pretty much anything else in that general range. Same with the other drug there Trazodone which is also a anti-depressant thats pretty common from what I have seen.

So unless those bottles are fake then we now have a highly medicated pedo who is screaming that everyone wronged her, and has been going on for nearly 2 weeks now. Someone get this bitch a refill on her meds or raise the dose, because clearly it ain't working.

It's my understanding that at least the Paroxentine is used in addition to Quetiapine specifically often to help in combination for whatever Quetiapine is initially prescribed for. For what it's worth.
There's no refills permitted so he either has to go see his therapist (which clearly isn't working, if it is occurring) for more or he can just stop once he's out– Not that it's safe to, because all medications like these need weaning or you will get absolutely fucked up, but you can.

His continuous online presence, giving himself excuses ("[...] you guys make it impossible to."), and public sharing of obsessive thinking, tells us all we need to know about how much of an absolute failure his stay and following outpatient care has been, catastrophically so. Unfortunately however, you cannot make some get or seek adequate help rather they have to actively want it, so there's no one to blame but himself after he was released.

unlikely it's for bipolar disorder, as if you take an antidepressant without a mood stabilizer with bipolar you have a real risk of triggering a manic episode

so it's more likely for some kind of psychotic disorder ala schizophrenia or delusional disorder

presuming sappho was hospitalized, high doses of seroquel were likely used to just keep sappho braindead during in-patient & continued after release

it works for schizos by blocking most neurological action, as schizo brains are overactive. can't act on impulses to molest kids or dogs if you simply have no brain impulses.

I often wonder: when these people go to their psychiatrists, do they to tell them about what they really do online? And about their their compulsion to prey upon others? I think that would be an interesting discussion to hear.

Everyone knows mental health professionals can't help you if you aren't honest with them, Sappho.

I just hate how these types of individuals will never go away. So long as the internet exists and they're free they'll keep trying to find people to take advantage of, pushing their luck until they're stopped, having a meltdown, dropping out of view to lick their wounds, then waiting until they see another opportunity to start the cycle again. There's never any way to truly nail them down.
