depends what you mean by strength, estrogen will reduce your pound for pound strength because it'll raise your body weight through increased water and fat, despite having some degree of anabolism; if you look at post menopausal women they tend to lose a lot of body tone

your main problem is mixing high e2 and it's water retention with testosterone and it's anabolism and increase in LDL is a recipe for sky high blood pressure and massive cardiac troubles
it's more the spiro or castration causing muscle loss although it doesn't undo the work test has already done to the skeleton and receptivity to androgens

Estrogen can decrease lean tissue but not to an extent to make men equivalent to women. I remember some trans friendly doctors doing a study on lean tissue where they did a cross sectional analysis (comparison between different people) instead of a longitudinal study (study on a specific person over a certain span of time, which is the one you want to do in this case), and concluded that there was a statistically significant difference in lean tissue. Their methodology was totally irrelevant to the object of the study, as they just proved that trannies were weaker than actually successful men who didn't troon out, which we already knew, but what can you expect from TRA's?

"Refugee" has a very specific and well-established definition, since it establishes certain protection under international law. It means someone who has crossed an international border to escape real persecution.

UN definition: "Refugees are people who have fled war, violence, conflict or persecution and have crossed an international border to find safety in another country."

Amnesty International's definition: "A refugee is a person who has fled their own country because they are at risk of serious human rights violations and persecution there."

Note that both require the crossing of international borders just for a start. You're not a refugee for moving states for fuck's sake.
Once you cross a border because of persecution and claim asylum, you're an asylum seeker. Then the country you're in decides if you meet the conditions for being a refugee: this is difficult, even if you're from an extremely shitty country.

As an aside, this page has info on the refugee status acceptance rate according to country in Canada (correct me if I'm wrong Canadians, but I think this might actually give misleadingly high numbers because there's another filtering process you have to go through before you apply properly).

The acceptance rate for US citizens is 3.5%. And I think that 3.5% consisted entirely of anchor babies whose non-American parents applied for protection from being deported.
