Well gee whizz, what on earth could have caused your voice to be all fucked up? Maybe it's from all the yelling at the camera for 45 minutes you just did? Oh no, of course not; it must be pollen or the air conditioner. Of course! How stupid of me!

Nothing he could do. Not his fault. He did everything correct.

He admitted to spending "a dollar here or there" on mobile games a couple months ago:

Well that’s a straight up lie lmao, we just saw the game you claim you don’t play on your phone

He couldn’t even give us a nugget of truth and say he does play the game, he’s just not the guy we think he is on there, because of how desperate he is to remove himself from the game lmao

Boy do these two quoted clips together paint a sad story of their home life, 2 years ago DSP quit every mobile game he was playing to spend more time with kat, here we are now and he went crawling back…but he didn’t isn’t spending a ton of money on them, and he’s definitely still spending a lot of time with kat

dude that was in the past
he had to lie to protect his family

edit: okay
so he never played them
but he did play them
but he used to play them
but he still plays them
but he doesn't give them money
but he does drop a dollar or two
but he doesn't play them
but he does casually

Maybe I am thinking about this wrong but

Wouldn't him admitting he plays gacha and throws money into the habit have some possible blowback from his recent bankruptcy? I don't recall during the hearing that any form of gacha gaming was referenced and if it was, you'd hear him claim it's business related.
I'm pretty sure it would. It would be considered fraud. Even Phil knows that getting hit with fraud charges would be seriously bad.

Edit to add: Phil probably wouldn't actually be brought up on the fraud charges. US Justice System is fucked.

He mentioned "microtransactions" at some point but was never made to specify what they were and what specific games he was buying them for.

yeah theres no way this came out of nowhere.. and i doubt he got that triggered by a superchat..

i wonder if there is some "behind the scenes" drama with him and his whale. wow

even though i still think the whales done care, they will give him money regardless. there has to be some sort of feeling in the whale deep down that pisses them off knowing where their money is going.

i think it was yesterday, phil talked about getting a little waterfall in the house for a kat because cats love running water (actually true, at least the ones ive had) and he mentioned to not get cheap crap. get a good one etc... phil does this a lot, especailly with food... he really tries to convince people that he doesnt get cheap garbage and gets really good stuff

no idea why he does that. especailly when he tries to spin his shopping bill by penny pinching haha
Because hes a child he wants to dunk on people for being poorer then him. The best part too is its so easy to bait him. Anytime he goes on a rant about needing tip, a troll just needs to at him in chat that hes poor too and understands what its like. Phil ALWAYS does a 180 about how hes not poor.

It's actually exhausting to talk to people like this.

One of the reasons why John and Howard left Phil, narcs just drain you fucking dry, and then act all surprised when you no longer want to associate/hang out with them.

Even in magical faggot fantasy land where the feds waste resources to reopen and investigate fat losers because board internet autists send them clips this wouldn't hold up in court. Gay jpegs arent an asset so he doesn't have to declare them and as far as his spending goes he can just claim its business expenses.

Pretty sure he'd have to prove that he uses it for the business. Do you see any WWE Champion videos on his channel?

To me, the most infuriating thing that Phil does is when he contradicts himself (on purpose or involuntarily) in order to save face and to portray himself as whatever is most convenient to him at that moment in time. It makes perfect sense that his real fans are actual retards. They are stupid enough to be misled by his words. This tactic wouldn't work in the real outside world.

"Business-related". He admitted to microtransactions during the bankruptcy hearing.

If it wasn't for the jackass who interrupted his hearing Nancy was about to ask him more about those microtransactions.

It'll be impossible to prove they weren't business expenses now. All he has to say is he was preparing a character to use for the show and eventually decided against it. Then the State has to prove that he didn't which I don't think is possible. And that's assuming they'd give a shit. They don't.
