"Business-related". He admitted to microtransactions during the bankruptcy hearing.

If it wasn't for the jackass who interrupted his hearing Nancy was about to ask him more about those microtransactions.

It'll be impossible to prove they weren't business expenses now. All he has to say is he was preparing a character to use for the show and eventually decided against it. Then the State has to prove that he didn't which I don't think is possible. And that's assuming they'd give a shit. They don't.

That reason doesn't work. Why would he prepare a character then decide against, then spend $100k+ on it?

More likely "explanation" would be that he was considering expanding his "business" to include streaming mobile gaming. He already did it with the 3DS for a little while, and he had talked at some point about doing streams of mobile games. It's obviously bullshit, but he would probably still get the benefit of the doubt. It would be much funnier for him to get stuck with a Chapter 13 so he was forced to make debt payments. Chapter 7 is funnier, though, because he learned nothing, so he's spending like the money's still unlimited and relying on a handful of whales to carry him for, I guess, the rest of his life.

"I changed my mind. Ultimately it wouldn't work for the show." Now you get to prove he's lying.

This is silly, they aren't going to reopen his bankruptcy. The jackass who dialed in and interrupted along with the other idiots playing audio on the call made DSP a sympathetic figure and did more to get him off the hook than anything else.

Disaster prestream, he's on a twenty minute tear about the Champions leaks. Nothing really new though, just repeating his same old narratives.
Edit: Nevermind! He just admitted he plays mobile games and is now claiming it means nothing and he never denied it.

Of course you can't show your account name. You would prove us right. And you've been denying playing it since you were found out. Lie better Phail.

LMAOOOOO :story:

He has now literally ruled out that he's not playing WWE Champions. He is playing it, if not under TheyCallMeDSP, then under a different name.

Good job, DSP!
But you did use your name because of your ego. And then you changed it because you got found out.
I fucking told you guys he'd eventually explode about this.
Yeah. He's been seething for days.
He's amazing at digging his own grave lol.
King of Human Excavation
>wants youtube to ban drama content
>does reaction videos to drama videos
>creates drama for something to waste time with.
yup, it was all an act and THYDP didn't get the joke.
But now he has to explain why he's still exactly the same now.
Next step in the level 1 pod..i mean therapy session "I casually drop monmeyx on some mobile games" I am waiting for it (and this dumbass already said it in the past about older mobile games he played)
And yet he doesn't realize even how bad that looks while insisting he cut everything extra out just to survive.............allegedly.
How do you get a mobile game account banned other than by cheating somehow?
Probably by being a douchebag and asking if they want him to run their game for them.
He's said in the past that he would, but he didn't have the money. He probably figures that scamming people out of money for a cat and "taxes" is okay, but once you have to do actual work and file a suit, Phil can't be arsed, even if he could easily scam money from dents for suing detractors.
He knows he's making shit up and the truth is not defamation. Just another of his many lies.

Well gee whizz, what on earth could have caused your voice to be all fucked up? Maybe it's from all the yelling at the camera for 45 minutes you just did? Oh no, of course not; it must be pollen or the air conditioner. Of course! How stupid of me!

Nothing he could do. Not his fault. He did everything correct.
That's not how indoor air conditioners work you stupid fuck.
The cynic in me says that this rant was just to drum up some controversy so people would support him more. The usual look at how my trolls bully me so give me cash to own them narrative.
Yeah. He has been doing this drama shit pretty consistently on his 'sixth consecutive streaming day'
To me, the most infuriating thing that Phil does is when he contradicts himself (on purpose or involuntarily) in order to save face and to portray himself as whatever is most convenient to him at that moment in time. It makes perfect sense that his real fans are actual retards. They are stupid enough to be misled by his words. This tactic wouldn't work in the real outside world.
I think it's hilarious because he can't remember the previous lie.

Begruptcy is federal and they dictate the rules. They would tell him to prove he used it for the business and he can't. There is no 'well you have to prove I didn't'

Three hours into the stream :story:

Pretty sure he'd have to prove that he uses it for the business. Do you see any WWE Champion videos on his channel?
Well fortunately that's not actually how the court works so no, he would not have to prove he plans to use it for his business by demonstrating a finished end product. Business go under all the time before they even put out an end product, your essentially asking for every one of those bankruptcies to be ruled personal expenses and fuck over any small business owner who fails.

its even simpler then that. "I intend to release a video in the future on my gaming channel about wwe game" Done. It even allows him to continue that spending. The courts cant disprove future intent and its in line with his current business so its not an unreasonable claim.

I suppose I would question why he continued to spend tens of thousands of dollars on an idea he decided against instead of paying off his credit bills to avoid the bankruptcy in the first place. He could bring up the $5000 in monthly business expenses as an excuse, but then I would inquire what those expenses are. Which would probably lead to your WWE Champions line, which then would make me inquire why he would even have $5000 in business expenses each month if the idea was scrapped.

If I talked in circles, sorry.

Did anyone happen to clip the part where he straight up admitted he was lying when he said he didn’t play mobile games? I was genuinely surprised he had the balls to say that
He's like a squirrel in the road with a concussion. He needs to try and flex so bad he doesn't even think about the previous lie.

It's not illegal to be a shitty businessman.

I doubt that shit had much bearing on them dismissing the amount of money they did for Phil. It was a combination of covid, nobody he owned money too caring much, and the people running the show being boomers who know less than Phil about anything digital that did it for him

Do you think he has this fantasy of becoming addicted to a mobile game he's streaming for and justifying begging for "khantributions" by claiming that it's in order to gain access to the newest content? Like not having to beat around the bush and just straight up begging for money to feed his addiction/"business".

The Creditor asked directly to Phil which he was sweating profusely, rocked back and forth on the X and Y axis so the Dents could Tihp him to help him pay the bACK Tahxes, he needs that muhney to pay all his bills, but st00pid fahcking truhoolllzzz mahn, he just wants to chill

There were so many hits and missed opportunities in all reel tawk, I wonder if COVID never spawned in this realm, the Creditors and Auditors would be the real Detractors skinning his livelihood to a bare minimum

Which i think Phil absolutely deserves to this day to have, and live in a 1 bed apartment and have the studio/living room the office and space where Khet gets no peace whatsoever from his WWEC tiiime
