I'll refer you to an answer I gave about a year ago. Just replace teacher with Janitor, and add in that the cleaning will be very half assed.

a). Teachers who worked there when he was a student would shoot themselves or jump out of the window.
b). He would get fired/arrested for being too close to the students.
c). He would get fired for spewing his twisted/backwards/sideways philosophies when he should just be distributing the lesson plan.
d). He'd probably sleep through class along with said students.
e). Ruin every dance he chaperones.
f). Give kids A's for drawing Sonichu.
g). Restraining order from the School indefinitely.

Chris would redouble his efforts to sound British in an attempt to have sex with her. He'd become even lazier, clicking his fingers to perform even the simplest tasks. Barb would describe her as "common." The tea party on the ceiling would end when Chris falls and crashes through the floor. Chris' attempt to create a chalk drawing he can jump into would be so bad that the world thus created would be one of unending misery and horror. The run on the Bank of England would occur purely because he opened an account and the other customers heard about his financial history. The final straw would come when Chris attempted to fly using her umbrella, only for his weight to overload it and cause it to catch fire.
