Its fucking stupid. If you're so invested that you dig up every last detail about the girl behind the anime, maybe don’t be so surprised when you find something “”””problematic”””” when doing so.

I don’t give a rats ass on their past or whatever the stupid thing they did years ago. I just want to watch the funny fake anime girl play the game or make a mistake or whatever. And now KF of all place is trying to police it. Clown world indeed.

I guess that’s what’s kind of expected over there. Lunacy is posted and everyone wants to discuss their own opinion each of varying length and so it drowns out well, Vtuber discussion. You sort of reach a weird crossroads because both threads are sort of intended for shit like that, which is Vtubers, but some of it would be more appropriate here and vice versa.

Well of course it's a drive by most times, what kind of person would hang around and argue with these people about whether or not they're morons for engaging with this shit? It's more of an emotional outburst providing catharsis regarding how heinous you find them and their fetishistic pastimes.

At the end of the day they're still Vtuber fans, so they sort of lose regardless of what anyone says, don't they? It just seems like a bit of a pointless exercise.

I mean, I thought this thread was to discuss lunacy and idiotic simps, which 99.9 percent of the vtuber thread falls into.

I'm sure most people stumbled upon Kiwifarms for a specific thread, just most people lurk or at least try to integrate into the site as a whole and branch out.

I'm hoping for some absolute craziness with the Pippa stuff though, if she targets the 4chan/Kiwifarms/edgy types, she's got to have the most deranged fans of all.

People being mad that she is exceptionally average looking and married is just the beautiful icing on top of it all, virgin behaviour.

For as much shit some of them talk about /vt/, a lot of them act the same way. I’m not even surprised how some are turning on Pippa after the reaction to KSon joining VShojo. They like them until the Vtuber go against what they think the should do/react/ect.

Hell, I’m fairly certain Pippa herself told off people for going too hard into parasocial relationship.

It's definitely a double-standard, and I say that as a Pippa fan myself. I've been calling it out but I seem to just be pissing into the ocean. I thought the general vibe of the thread was laughing at the parasocial types and despairing that people will expect these people to be seiso virginal idols IRL when it's far more realistic to expect them to be normal women with normal woman desires and normal woman mistakes in their pasts, but once my oshi's problematic behavior comes to the surface… well, it just means that Zax and Pippa were really good friends, you see…

I was the person who invented the "Coco/Kson is Vtuber Jesus" meme, as she checked all the requirements of the Messianic Archetype trope. She was a saviourfag Messiah who always goes out of her way to help others at her expense (ask Watame, Aqua, Marine, Fubuki and especially Haachama), stoically endured wumao persecution and died to save Hololive and vtubing from the wumao menace. I created a religion around her after her martyrdom (Graduation) and one of the core tents of that religion is to oppose the Zhang Heresy everywhere. For one year I endured harassment to protect Kson's honor and praised her as the Saviour of the Indies, and led crusades against zhang misinformation.

And my fellow faithful (Heretics) told me to see a psychiatrist because I was nuts. When multiple therapists already gave up on me, who without Coco was otherwise a godless nihilistic asshole.

And guess even Pippa herself, my substitute saviour, banned me from chat. Time to fulfill the pact and an hero myself.
