If Chris could have kept his hands off Barb he would still be in the temple and would have it at least for a little while after she died. He probably could have crowdfunded the money along with various charitable aids to stay there longer than most would have bet

But if he'd been able to do those things he wouldnt be Chris

For years, Chris was accepting of the narrative that this mom was a saint, and didn't want to believe what was written about her on the CWCki (ironically, Borb liked being likened to Snorlax). Now that that his back is against the wall, he's saying what he really thinks of Barb, just to get pity points and hoping that this will convince the judge to let him go. Like it worked so well for Chris all those other times he tried to 'convince' people to do things for him.

Also, in the letter he describes Barb as not socializing, despite the fact he has mentioned on some occasions that there was a conspiracy against the Chandlers, but really, Barb's a social pariah, just like Chris.

Not counting David, this is how the Chandler legacy ends. This is how Bob is going to be remembered.

That just makes the Barb breaking even worse, people had genuine hope that she was a willing participant, and it wasn't as bad as Chris literally taking advantage of her because she was so out her mind with dementia.

Oh I have no doubt that Chris has spoken about this to someone in authority to do just as you say, but admitting he literally took Barb in that condition.

I guess when Chris started taking those classes on taking care of people with dementia all those years ago, might have been the start of it.

(Just if it did happen, it would probably be procedurally handled through the Uniform Interstate Depositions and Discovery Act which both Rhode Island and Virginia have enacted.)

I can't find the info but I'd say maybe 3 to 5 years. People thought it was Chris looking ahead but that's totally out of the ordinary for Chris to plan anywhere into the future.

I know this is still a pre trial letter so it's probably what they had intended to do as part of a plea deal but lardass probably turned it down BECAUSE it would have called for going to a tard home. His stubborn pride would accept a return to the "sonichu temple" and no less! NOW NOW NOW NOW!


So after fucking that up the court wobbled it up to a felony charge in the misguided belief it would humble the big retard if they slapped on felony charges....here's hoping it DID somewhat and Chris will still go to a tard home, albeit as a felon with an ankle bracelet and a sex offender registry.



Actually screw all that,apparently from what i can piece from this letter, which seems to be written as chris was staring the felony charges in the face. Heilburg sent him to western state and Chris was hoping that they'd then send him to a home for slow in the minds from there, but instead all western state did was try to train the untrainable to not spreg on about getting his toys from the sonichu temple or demand to be addressed by his mile long name with all its new titles. Once western got fed up with trying to train chris they sent him back strapped to the board cause he wouldn't stop flailing around screenching like the tard he is and now...Heilburg is fed up with both the courts and Chris. He's got no place to go and Heilburg's initial plan of trying to paint chris as some "poor retarded tranny victim of online bullying and manipulation, has fallen through. The court, the grand jury and everyone else now knows damn well that's not who chris is. He's a fat ttranny rapist so they're gonna punish him like a fat tranny rapist.

No amount of crocodile tears or claims that it wasn't his fault is gonna save his sorry ass now.

Hot damn, this one's loaded. You can practically hear the classic striped-shirt Chris tardraging like the good ole' days. Things haven't gone his way and this is the exact reaction I anticipated out of him. If you think about it, this may be the first time the "adults" in his life didn't ultimately bend to his will. He cannot comprehend accountability or consequences.

Him ranting about the catastrophic evils/devilry of Russia and then comparing his mother to senile Simpsons' background characters, in almost the same breath, killed me.
