Apparently Heilberg is being distant. He's only in jail waiting for a group home apparently now. He was put in restraints at Western etc.

He alleges that Caden has made a "breakthrough" with Barb, whatever the hell that means. Does not sound like it's good for his legal strategy.

An overall frustrated tone from Chris now, with this letter being dated July 29th.

Let's see how it works out for him.

So Chris was trying to get into a group home or halfway home if they were gonna do that.

Gets called crazy basically at Western and so my guess is they finally got fed up with his shit and said you deal with this to the jailhouse. This CAN'T have been good for his case, and so my guess now is that they are gonna indict him on a felony and put him either in a mental ward, or in prison with mandated psychiatry.

I'm so pumped to see the outcome of Christory because it's been over a year. I wanna know the end of the story, and see the CWCtrial be the pivoting moment of whether or not Chris is gonna zap to the extreme in his infinite rage

Remember Chris overreacts consistently. If nothing is really going on in the case, there isn't much for Heilberg to communicate about. And even in the letter, Chris gives examples of Heilberg showing interest and concern for the case re: frustrations with finding a group home. I wouldn't be surprised if Heilberg is showing a professional level of communication but isn't engaging with Chris's every non-lethal whim or request or delusional letter. Chris was assigned an attorney to represent him and his legal interests - he wasn't assigned a friend.
