To be fair, there was a moment that Chantal acknowledged her at the beginning of the inappropriate over sharing, because Vegas had sent a super chat asking everyone to pray for her dad. Chantal asked what was wrong with her dad & then read out how long she had been a member for (something like ‘oh wow a member for 18 months’). At this point, Vegas then didn’t explain but did send another superchat saying something like ‘pray that my dad outlives me’ & Chantal responded by asking again what is happening with her dad/hope he’s ok sort of generic response & then said something along the lines of ‘don’t say that, we all want you to be around for a long time’.

From what you saw, sounds like VegasDoll continued the vague, dramatic, bordering on suicide-baiting shit in a second live, too. I would say that makes it a reasonable temporary block, but Chantal just said in the TACO BELL WHEELCHAIR BEEZE she won’t be unblocking her because she said in chat that she likes Monty (Chantal thinks she did this to get her response because she had been ignoring her). Stable Glow Up Arc Chantal said she can’t be around unstable people like that, and is agreeing with chat saying that vegas wanted all of the attention.

I still remember the day when she trauma dumped in somebody's discord about being sexually abused as a child and how CP of her still circulates. She went into considerable detail of her assault that day, though God knows if any of it was true.

I am not shitting on Chantal's family for not doing more to intervene. Chantal has made it clear she doesn't want their help and will "Against Medical Advice" out of any treatment she is given or offered. They helped her to make a basic list of things to pack for Cuba and still fucked it up. On her second day in Cuba she promised them to get a diagnosis and help. She didn't do that. They told her to stop seeing Nader, she didn't do that.

Families don't need or have to help someone who is not helping themselves. She's not a fucking child even if she has the arrested development of one.

She's almost 40 - what are they to do? I have no issue or judgment on her family who has dealt with her shit for over 30 years and still showing no desire to really manage her illness. I'd also keep a distance and just wait for the bottom to fall out.

Agreed. Chantel is like every other addict letting their addiction and shitty additude rule their life, and refuse to get well. No family has to lift a finger to help people like this, and should prioritize the non-addict family members saftey and health.
