For the record, Phil:

• Lacks the ability to make rational decisions or sound judgments
• Has a bad memory; He cannot remember anything unless it hurts his pride
• Cannot take orders from a superior due to his excessive pride and hubris
• Cannot work with others unless their actions benefit him in some way
• Cannot think collectively, and only thinks about himself; everyone else is a tool to be used
• Is solely motivated by greed. Money comes first above all else, and this often clouds his judgement
• Cannot take direction; needs to be told how to do something multiple times, even when the task is easy
• Gets easily frustrated at tasks that require actual effort
• Never thinks a step ahead; He often aims for short term results without thinking about future outcomes
• Is whiny and annoying, which I'm sure would make him come off as an absolute tool to coworkers
• Is stupid to the point of retardation: he can barely count, gets facts wrong, and makes dumb decisions
• Lies incessantly in order to cover his own skin, something I'm sure bosses would love
• Poor hygiene and cleanliness: Barely bathes, burps, snorts, and farts in public
• Is generally uncouth. He makes bad fucking jokes that are either obscene or unfunny.
• His laugh will force his fellow co-workers to Kermit suicide, thus reducing overall morale

Unless that job is washing dishes or mopping shit from floors, I don't see Phil doing ANY kind of job. Failing that, he can always collect bottles and live of scratch tickets. I just don't see him taking orders from a boss, actually working an honest job, and earning a paycheck. Phil is just incapable of doing anything else, and if he ever got hired, he'd be canned within the first week due to his stupidity, excessive pride, massive greed, constant lies, and his inability to work with others.

Are you sure he won't be a massive bitch like when he was reffing that FGC tournament and just go "Ok sir. Understood sir" over and over in front of his boss and then go act tough when he is away.

Any modern GPU will work with whatever CPU, it's just that old CPUs can't utilize the full performance.

LGA 2011 boards are ancient now, it's definitely time for Phil to upgrade that if he gets a new CPU. For what Phil needs, which is not a Gaming PC, it wouldn't be expensive. He doesn't need to spend more than $1000 overall and he'd have a massive performance boost over anything he has now.

Seeing DSP's increasing amount of unhinged rants lately and changing his Twitter handle to something about EVO 2005 made me remember something I posted almost a year ago:

Take a good look at how DSP is acting right now, and take in the fact that this behavior will only get worse. His world is so insanely small due to his own efforts of being an internet hermit and having no actual friends, and it's getting smaller by the day.

And we're here to watch it all happen while he broadcasts burning whatever is left of his "life".

We might be in for the long ride, but slowly but surely, this is happening. DSP is literally burning away whatever is left of his life at an accelerated rate, and he's broadcasting it for the whole world to see like the embarassing internet clown that he is.

It's pretty much the masturbation incident, but spread out more evenly over a much longer period of time.

PayPal is evil and nobody should use it. Anyone smart enough to know that is smart enough to know to give Phil exact zero dollars by all means.

I think you're overlooking another explanation: Phil doesn't withhold money for payroll tax either, which for his income + employment situation is a flat 15%. If those payment plans are a lumped sum for income + payroll (again, can't prove this but I'm skeptical the IRS approve a payment plan for income taxes without noticing he's delinquent on payroll tax) then he could take business deductions and still owe more or less the amount he claims to.

I'm certain with all the mistakes Phil has made with his taxes that he was not withholding any money for taxes was getting hit with huge penalties. When he got on his payment plan for the back taxes it's pretty clear his tax guy told him he needs to make monthly payments. He's gone on pigsplaining rants about how monthly payments are "required" for self employed people but really it's actually quarterly payments. Just for him he has to do it monthly he has no self control to save for a few months.

Being that he can at least pay his "bills" every month when the lump sum from YouTube comes in he is now paying for his taxes at a fixed rate each month like it was a bill. He even views taxes as a bill rather than a portion of money he isn't entitled to. Phil's words on stream corroborate this and the bank leaks show two montly payments to the IRS. One is regular, seemingly an automatic payment of some kind. The other looks to have varying sizes and dates to it. I believe one to be a combined payment plan and the other to be his monthly tax estimate.

As far as payroll taxes are concerned, don't forget he gets to add the employer's portion as a business expenses as well.
