OK, I'm just going to throw this out there, in case any of the info is correct. I've been checking myself, but haven't heard anything about a weird trannie shooting up a hospital, at least not in that area,
but...
The main hospital in Middlesex County is Middlesex Hospital, in Middletown CT. It's the only "city" in the county, so that's where the big one is.

Middletown is also where they have all the psych hospitals, rehabs, and Whiting Forensic (where the serial killers are). If Val lives in that county, and is as nuts as he seems to be, he may well have had services through CVH and its affiliates.

However, I'm also noticing references to Val being a former activeduty Airman (possibly still reserve?). I don't know if this true, but if so, it's possible that he's familiar with the Veteran's hospitals.
The largest and most important hospital for veterans in CT is located in West Haven, which is the next county over (within driving distance; half hour to an hour, tops, depending on where in Middlesex County he'd be coming from, and whether he stopped to fuck any roadkill on the way)

Again, I don't know anything about Val's dox, and have neither seen nor heard any mention of a shooting in any of these locations. I'm not saying he is at any of these places, or that you should call them and start screaming at the nurses about dogfucking trannies with shotguns. But if any of you guys CAN confirm that Valerie lives somewhere in Middlesex County, these are the most likely candidates for hospitals where he might be.
-edit- should also mention: depending on where in Middlesex County he might live,
Yale New Haven Hospital (in New Haven, CT) and
Lawrence Memorial Hospital (in New London) could be close to him, as well. Middlesex Hospital would be the logical stop if he was living in the north/inland, YNH the west shoreline, and Lawrence the east shoreline, of the county.
West Haven would be the likely choice if he wanted to target his Airforce buddies.
