General Discussion for Virtual Youtubers / Vtubers / Chuubas - it's okay to be a simp for 2D, just don't thirstpost.

Little numberfagging since the monetization streams are over: You can really see that Vesper attracts older people with more money to spare. $400 from Altare is from the collab stream on his channel but even with it the gap is significant, Vesper even doubled the Maglord in terms of SC.

I'm so happy my boomer gramps is shitting all over the zoomers. I hope they all find success, but I prefer grandpa to be the best.

After what we've seen from the boys, how's everyone feeling about them? Maggots and Vesticles are my top 2 so far. Then Mr. I lick your brain with his buttery smooth voice, and for whatever reason Axel I don't care for solo, but he makes a good partner for the others.

Perfectly healthy? Wait is she implying that the bad back was fake after all? Were /vt/'s rrats correct?
Injuring your back and your back no longer being injured aren't mutually exclusive things.

I thought her back not being the issue was obvious when she did an entire month of streams before leaving. The more logical explanation was always her being unable to manage her time.

Hololive do so much behind the scenes (I guess) that even comparing amount of streams Namie does to her former peers wouldn't clue us in to that being true or not.

that and like, even if we assume she's still limited by her back in some way
Maybe I"m the weird one but when I think of someone being healthy I don't think of that in terms of injuries, I consider that more in terms of sickness.

Like if I broke my arm I wouldn't suddenly say "I'm unhealthy"

I just take this tweet she's putting out as a blanket assurance to her fans "that know" that she's ok in the general sense. Rrat breeders always gonna try to read more into it though and for the most part they were already breeding those same rrats even before this.

for me, Vesper and Magni are pretty dang close for entertainment, I like Vesper more since I find him easy to watch like Ina or Fauna. But Magni is definitely more entertaining. Altare isnt actually so bad, his voice seems to have settled and now he just sounds like a soft voiced guy, dropped all the wah'ing and he's a lot easier to watch. I think Altare will continue to be more entertaining as he finds his stride but I don't think he'll ever be a go to for me. Axel, I thought would be my favorite pre debut but after watching his debut and a couple attempts at watching his streams, he doesn't quite seem to fit the gladiator theme cover seems to want him to fill. I don't think I'll ever watch him or be interested in his collabs. He's a great singer though.

I don't know much because PRISM is not a group I enjoy but from what I understood she made an alt, streamed on it and her biggest paypigs knew about it while general fanbase and lesser paypigs didn't. The rrat is that she privately contacted her biggest fans and either is quitting or attempting to circumvent whatever dues PRISM takes. As always, don't take it as a truth. /vt/ has no insight into anyone's contract after all.
Shamelessly stolen from /vt/, because I don't think anyone mentioned the specific details here:
>Nia new persona: https://twitter.com/AniaVTuber (archive)
>Followed by all her friends she has been associating with recently, and her largest paypigs
>Also one of only 7 accounts followed by Team Anime Waifus, 5 of which are their current talents
>Appears on Bazeelle's stream: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1551996388?t=02h52m45s
(note: Bazeelle = Neena from Project Kawaii, the girl who announced her graduation and was then fired for breaching her contract in various different ways, including streaming on an alt account)

PRISM is busy with Crunchyroll Expo at the moment so we probably won't hear anything about this until next week (if we even hear anything at all).

probably was getting a lot of people thinking that she was a broken up mess post graduation like the guy here yesterday thinking she was too ill to stream anything at all and just wanted people to not feel like they need to worry about her.

Yeah that is interesting phrasing. Not gonna be surprised if a bunch of ratts emerge from this, especially with the 'healthy' part.

Might just be me, but seeing all the reply twits Nami's gotten over the last few days, I can 't help but think a few of the ex-sanallites are leaking over and trying to be white knights, instead of just watching from afar.

Especially, one of her usual whales..

This has finally started, I can only but imagine this is going to be hilarious with Miko elite english now. She already laughing and it been 40 seconds.

She absolutely loves it when people cosplay as her, almost like she fangirling herself.

Isn't Prism under Sony now? is Prism really taking that much from the talent's earnings that Nia would rather breach contract despite being under a pretty big company?

Personally, I think Vesper getting so many more donos than the other boys is more from the content he chose for his monetization stream. Subjecting himself to that kind of suffering is high-quality content and reaches a lot of people.

Maybe. I think she also just didn't want to leave it as vague as Cover told her to and this is just her clearing the air as much as she feels she comfortably can.

Edit: Skit Bae and IRyS did for CRX:

Definitely feel like that played part of it yeah, and I think the content choice also lowered Magz a bit.
People were throwing donos to celebrate Vesper getting over the hurdle of each new sauce, but there wasn't really that kind of opportunity or drive to celebrate Mags making his 7th pancake lol

Axel certainly seems to be the odd one out. He's fine, but has mostly been reduced to the butt of the other three's jokes.

I just can't stand the way he speaks. Not the accent but the fact that he unironically uses sussy at least 3 times a steam.

I feel like Axel will come into his own as he streams games that're more suited towards him. Those Hitman streams were pretty hilarious with him going in guns blazing on everything. Guy does also seem to be quite the APEX tard so we'll probably see much more of that from him.
