As Pointless Sperg pointed out before, unless there's an EPO, there's nothing really illegal being done. This stuff could be used against to point him as a monster, but that's about it.

I seriously doubt Caden actually did any of that stuff. He probably just said yeah whatever and did nothing. However, tampering with witnesses is a crime, and whether or not they intend on actually calling her, she's a victim/witness. And assisting another to commit a crime is also a crime.

So if he was actually stupid enough to harass and threaten Barb, that could get him in trouble. I just doubt that it actually happened because why would he (beyond the usual puzzle piece reasons)?

My takeaway from this:

Caden is enabling the fuck out of Chris. Most likely he is happily going along with Chris' delusions in exchange for art to sell online. I wonder what the arrangement is with Chris in terms of share of revenue. Somebody needs to send Chris an itemized list of items that have been sold and for how much, and ask Chris if the commissary deposits have been remotely close to those numbers.

He doesn't really have any reason to harass her. Even if he visited her, just talking to a witness is not a crime unless you perform actions to alter/prevent their testimony.

I think the "every three days" thing comes specifically from the book he bought on having sex as a disabled person. The book apparently has a portion that talks about having a consistent schedule. For all we know, if the book told him it's okay to do it at any given time, he would have done it himself.
