I know several dudes who have received the same surgery he has, lap band, etc. and the life he chooses to live isn’t conducive to positive change. He has stated hundreds of times that when he isn’t streaming, which is sitting in front of a computer monitor in a squeaky chair being a fat fuck, that he’s watching a movie on his iPad while in bed, also being a fat fuck.

The surgery he received is easily reversible if you don’t keep up with a strict diet and limit your intake. One of my best pals IRL was referenced above and received lap band. He was super stoked for it thinking that it was the end all for being a fat fuck. Within two months, the dude was back to gorging himself. I vividly recall a moment where I was having lunch with this guy at Chick-Fil-A and has he’s downing a handful of nuggets, he places a hand of his stomach and makes a weird face, then announces that “it ripped”. It, in this case, being the gastric band that was surgically placed around his stomach. For a moment, we sat in awkward silence. It was kind of like that scene Kyle brings up on PKA where Wings finds that old photograph of himself from high school and has that sudden realization that he has failed, and then continued to shovel in more nuggets and Dr Pepper.

After the band has snapped, dude pretty much gave up on weight loss entirely. Fortunately for him, he hasn’t gained nearly as much weight as Wings did after his surgery failed, but he is still a fat fuck and his pride remains noticeably damaged.

If Richard wasn’t a habitual liar, after now being suspended from every platform imaginable, he’d try to go out and get a real job.

As an avid watcher of “My 600’ LBS Life” I agree. The failure rate of any kind of weightloss surgery is sky-high because the patient literally believes it to be akin to magic that will make them skinny with zero effort on their part - and even when told otherwise they still fail because you don’t balloon to such size by being a personality type with high willpower to begin with.
