It's certainly suggestive but not dispositive and someone would actually have to file something complaining about it.To our Legal members, now that Russ has admitted paying the ambulance chasers for the appeal, Can that be used against him because he filed the other suit claiming he couldn't afford to pay.
Just because they're waiving fees for pro bono work doesn't mean they're also advancing costs, so he could have had to pay those, which are not likely to be enough to disqualify him. Or he could have been impoverished then but not now.
If he's actually paying for this shit, he's even more retarded than he would be doing it himself.
