I guess the bread and circuses have to continue when Biden continues to push inflation up, especially with how he basically gave funding for the IRS to hire 87,000 new agents to go rifling through the middle class' taxes for that sweet sweet $25 extra dollars (via the ironically named Inflation Reduction Act).

TDS lives so strongly in their minds that they have to waste millions more of taxpayer dollars to find a scrap of evidence.

The new spin is this has to do with Trump not returning some documents from when the National Archives demanded them last year (even though they have backups and copies). Trump better have a full security sweep for bugs, better yet use this to change residence to North Carolina at Bedminster or somewhere else.
Friendly fucking reminder:

But, as fucking always:

Don't they pay people a lot of money to tell them what is working or not in terms of public perception?

Is the bubble that thic?
Their analysts are increasingly ignored or ideologically subverted.

This is just straight up insane, its not the first time but at this point there's absolutely no doubt left they aren't playing by any rules anymore.
It's a "we are going to rule forever and you best sit down and let us do it" i'm baffled by how quickly they stopped giving a shit
I said this before but I think the sheer weight of what I meant was lost.
They fundamentally realize that their hand has been forced. They cannot pull back now. There is no longer an ability to go back to the center and they are left with one choice.

All In.

And they hope to God that the silent majority is behind them.

I hope this finally wakes some of the boomer Republicans up enough that they're willing to stand back and let the work that needs to be done, get done.
This may be just me blackpilling but I've grown tired of boomer and Gen X conservatives talking about how much respect they have for the rank-and-file FBI agents. The ones who raided Trump's home were most likely rank-and-file who "followed orders" because they care more about keeping their jobs than standing up against another case of corruption at their place of work. Home of the brave, my ass.

I agree actually, but to offset the blackpill somewhat. Those same Boomers and Gen Xers showed out in massive droves to watch the ballot boxes like laser-guided hawks. So while their understanding of the rot is limited, they are still acting in ways that will improve the situation.

That's quite the gamble, I wouldn't take that bet.

I mean, there is a good chance for them to win, i'm still not convinced that Trump can just waltz back in 2024, shenanigans or not, there was a big rejection of his character.

However, I think it is crazy that the dems even have to make such bet.

What I find weird is how the Dems got to this point to be cornered to such a point? With such a stronghold in culture, big populational hubs and even media, be legacy or social. Hell, it seemed even the Republicans were fine being the "lose with dignity" party, everything was going Millhouse for them.

When shit went wrong? Why a party with such power has to resort to such pathetic political theater? Or was it all smoke and mirrors?

It becomes easier to wrap your head around once you accept the reality that many members of our government, both Democrat and Republican, are compromised by foreign adversaries such as China and are acting in ways that benefit their interests.

Destabilizing the US through civil war definitely serves that purpose.
