It had to be something about not treating her "manly enough" if they went out of their way to not use gendered language or even her name! They probably want to fire her from the practice but because these are the types of people who go REEEEEEEEEEEE malpractice! over any little thing they won't. Even if there's no substance to the complaint it still takes time and money to fight it and goes on the docs record. No Bueno. My guess is they'll continue to handle her with kid gloves, treat her cancer, but as soon as those treatments are over she'll be invited to find another doctor.
She'll have no understanding why that happened either.
