If I recall this might change law if Chris manages to beat or at least greatly diminish his sentence. It's not the UK, but apparently someone managed to escape some harsher sentence through an insanity plea. Which in turn changed, and more importantly, hardened the requirements for insanity in the UK because let's be honest. Chris knows what he did was wrong and he's going to walk away like all the other crimes. Someone really should step in and define/harden the requirements and diminish the safety cushion that it gives because it looks like a giant fucking loophole to game the system.
No one is going to care that some white-trash sped from the boonies who fucked his oatmeal-brained redneck mother is getting out on probation, which he will definitely flunk out of and get sent back into the system.

Who do I talk to to gt an official autism diagnosis?
You go see a doctor and talk about your Sonic OC the whole time without making eye contact, bonus points if you wear a shirt featuring a cartoon character.
oldfags have seen this rodeo before. 50 continuances with an anti-climactic all power autism card played at the end.

He really hasn't got off scott free this time though. He's been sitting in jail for over a year now. I'm personally ready for the released in to society and being a homeless menace arc or the released in to a supervised care home and thrown out because he can't play well with others arc.
The fact he can’t go home is a huge wildcard this time since it means Chris will be forced to interact with people he doesn‘t know and can’t just sit at home at wait out his sentence AND he has to deal with other things like potentially throwing away some of his toys or keeping them in an expensive storage unit.

White trash, redneck?! How dare you! The Weston are practically royalty.

To be fair, Chris is in a way worse mental place now than '12 and '15, plus, he has no Barb to look after him now, and no Null to put his ass in place. Things have changed... (:_(
Exactly, Null was pretty much the best tard wrangler he had and without him he's got barely any help left, and now Sonichu belongs to the hands of the Hamboiler Kengle, so I can't wait to see Chris reee at the PS4 camera and demand his Jesuits to destroy/harm him in the name of the CPU.

I think the CWCtinue Saga will be neat

He mentioned a group home in one of the recent letters but said they didn't send him there because of wanting to free up a room or something?
Something like this, but remember, it's Chris, so the reason may be anything.

I think people are just seeing the writing on the wall that Chris is probably going to get undeserved leniency. Personally I think that's fine so long as they commit to treating him like not just a poor handicapped retard, but a potentially dangerous one that needs a short leash for the rest of his life. You're too retarded to function? Okay, then you stay in a tard containment pen from here on out.
Yeah, I understand that, but this is exactly how it went when they pushed the trial date till two weeks ago. Everyone thought that it would be it, but then grand jury happened and everyone cheered "tard goes to prison", but now everyone are high on doom and gloom again. It can turn any way now.

I know the letter said that Chris was rejected from the group home because they didn’t have enough room, but I imagine your typical group home isn’t going to want someone who had sex with their own elderly mother there because if he lacks the judgement to do that, there’s a high risk he’d do the same with some poor girl with Down Syndrome or something. Do they have group homes for high risk people? I feel like some sort of institution is more likely just because I can’t see a normal home taking him.

It varies state-by-state of course. In Virginia, there are multiple "strike" statutes. The normal three strikes one covers violent felonies (with a mandatory life sentence). There's a two strikes one for lower-level sex felonies (with the punishment being the max sentence, but not life), and another one for major sex felonies (with the punishment being life).

All of them are for felonies.

Some three strikes laws have been far less discerning. California used to have one of the stupidest ones in the country. After two violent felonies, your third strike could be something stupid like shoplifting. They have since fixed it but for a while there were people who were sent away for life for stealing DVDs.

EDIT: Incidentally, felony incest is not a strike in Virginia unless it's with your child or grandchild, so Chris doesn't get a strike. (Oddly, felony oral/anal with your mother IS a strike, but Chris isn't charged with that.)
I've actually heard of silly cases in California where a dude got busted for low level drug crimes. But they charged each separately and got three strikes all in one go lol

Cali seems like hell
