I think they are playing the perception that people have about autism very nicely and the rest is falling for it. It do not doubt that Chris has it but he also can be sociopathic. I've always felt he has a severe lack of empathy, despite his cognitive issues

To the people that didn’t see this one coming I just have one question:
Don’t you know the merge is here?
In all seriousness someone this demented will either be in a mental hospital or face down under a overpass there’s no alternative

Well, he'll always have the furry community, those people will let convicted pedophiles into their conventions.
Only if he'll also suck a dog's penis.

We might as well be committing crimes if we have Autism because hey if Raping your senile mother while being Autistic can throw away the entire trial altogether then why not just murder people as well?
Violent crimes, apparently, don't get the tard shield defense. Apparently raping your 80 year old mother isn't violent. (It's TWOO WUV)

I've actually heard of silly cases in California where a dude got busted for low level drug crimes. But they charged each separately and got three strikes all in one go lol

Cali seems like hell
Agreed. In sleepy Greene county Virginia, Chris is still enough of an oddball outlier that they’re confused with what to do with him. They’re writing the legal precedence as it occurs to them. That’s his only advantage and why this is dragging on. In Cali, he’d probably not even break the top 3 of fucked up cases from a fake tranny nut job on the docket for that day.

One nice thing is that this completely destroys the high-functioning diagnosis that Chris always held onto tightly. While it may get him off on serious charges, Chris will always have the "really not all there" label, on paper. Also confirms that people should be afraid of his autism for good reasons. Should at least make future bans a lot easier.

He probably going to a group home which will be worst then prison for chirs as he will be with all the other slow in the mind as he calls them
It’s almost poetic, really. He spends his entire life insisting he should not be lumped in with retards, only to face the prospect of being lumped in with a bunch of retards for the remainder of his life.

The thing is that Chris thinks a group home or mental institution will be some sort of pre-K for people like him. Even hardcore serial killers hated being in places like this so it is not nice. I have heard about many trying to pretend to be crazy to end up in a mental hospital, to only end up trying to overturn that decision once they are there

And he's not actually like those other retards, because they're actually able to work a job bagging groceries, pushing carts, and sorting glass. He's lower than them on the totem pole.
