Swatting is dumb and not part of this site at all. I would be very hesitant to take Keffals at their word, time was needed to construct a story for the grift and they came up with one that sounds bad if you don't think about it too much. I'm not saying it didn't happen, but I am saying that he will certainly embellish everything.

Obviously something more happened than just the swatting because otherwise he would have been out grifting and making money from this shit immediately.

Usually when police have probable cause to believe that a violent situation will occur imminently, they don't need a warrant to stop it, but that's in America. I doubt they'd ask a judge for a warrant to look for HRT when a violent threat was given that warranted a heavily armed response. If anything, I hope they didn't find any HRT in their first pass of the house if they didn't have a warrant for it because then that could turn into tainted evidence, given that it was outside of the purview of the warrant/initial investigation. There might be a plain sight exception though, if the drugs were just laying in plain view somewhere and some officer just saw them without disturbing any of the surrounding environment to get a look at them. That being said, swatting is really gay and retarded, even if lucas deserves it for selling drugs to kids.

Regadless, if this did happen, the only situation I can think of is that Lucas sent the emails himself to create this very fake situation in order to grift. But it almost certainly didn't. He would have absolutely exploded the moment it happened, and this reaction is so out of character for him, I'm back to the tinfoil hat "this is something somebody else planned for lucas" conspiracy.

I doubt he planned this for himself to get attention, not only this can backfire massively, he probably lacks the know how to send an email anonymously (and so do many of his followers, considering no opsec at all)
