How do we know he cant go back to BC14? What if barb croaks or moves or caden dismembers her?
Would Chris even be able to maintain the house without her income helping?

EDIT: Idea! What if Chris, unable to handle the bills at 14bc himself, gets a roommate? Think there’s anyone who wants to live with Chris?

the fact hat they are giving him a deferment and he might skate and get off light with maybe probation is pure lunacy ! especially given the fact chris is clearly a very unstable person and has been for decades. but yet they are working it so possible autism and or intellectual disabilities were why hes done the things hes done ???!! bullshit !!

On a side note : autism is very over DX'd these days and the ''spectrum' has been made so wide, that basically most of the world's population can be diagnosed as autistic. i have gotten to the point where unless a person is impaired enough to be in state or county waiver social services, they are not autistic. the seriousness has been taken out of the equation because so many folks are DX'd as autistic AND they use is as an excuse , a cop-out. and those who really do struggle, suffer and are significantly limited in life because of this disorder, it makes it that much harder to be taken seriously and get the help or accommodations the allowances and understanding a person might actually need. and if they give him a proverbial '' skate'' or light punishment because of a diagnosis, so many people, me included will hit the ceiling ! chris has been a major pain in the ass to everyone since middle school , he has been in trouble numerous times and has skated every time, chris has been allowed and been enabled since childhood and teen years to think he is not liable, responsible or accountable for any of his actions, behavior, or attitude.

all this said , this means chris, once again, will not be held accountable, will not believe hes ever done anything wrong, nor will he ever get the much needed forced on-going mental health help / regiment of anti-psychotic meds to bring him into reality.

chris chan can do no wrong, he has never had any real consequences in his life, hes never had his ass kicked ( street justice ) for the shit hes done in life, in school or as an adult.

he couldn't maintain the house, physically, or financially when they were both there, Chris was late on bills, paid things incomplete or not at all, so thats a resounding no. LOL

I think they are playing the perception that people have about autism very nicely and the rest is falling for it. It do not doubt that Chris has it but he also can be sociopathic. I've always felt he has a severe lack of empathy, despite his cognitive issues
I've been rewatching a lot of Chris content (as commentary free as I can) and I've been coming to the same conclusions.

Autism, and it's hardships are one thing, and can often seem similar to sociopathic individuals in certain respects. But imho , Chris exhibits low skill planning and disregard for major consequences (reputation, health, financial.) And impact, consistently.

People tend to forget most folks who would fall under the old sociopath banner, are not the guy from American Psycho , or the zodiac killer. Most let their poor impulse control and lack of ability screw themselves over pretty quickly.

I would, but the terms of my probation require me to remain within the State of Maine.

I would argue that in Chris' case it seems more like extreme narcissism in terms of the ways that he throws temper tantrums when he cannot get his way and how he feels that he and his bent dick are God's gift to Barb and everybody else.

So whilst we have been robbed of the trial of century yet again.

Chris HAS spent a year in Jail, I know its not prison but that has to have a significan psychological impact on a person.

Maybe he won't be able to exist in the real world any more...(not that he does)

Please forgive my shitty shitty photoshop skills

Fuck they are trying to get him a damn deferral program. he's really going to skate cause of his tism again and face no real consequences. I hope they reject the program and send him up the river.
If it makes you feel any better.

If they give him a social worker or other similar helper as a condition of his parole, the chance of him getting one that will put up with his crap for a second is slim to nil.

The guy's job will be to guide Chris through major life choices, now normally this is a "You can lead a horse to water situation." But in this case the person in question can make recommendations with real weight to the court.

Sure, could get someone useless, but even then, it's still a human being, let alone someone who is from the south. They will be keeping an eye on Chris .

As time goes on it’s more likely he’ll end up with a strict probation. By the time this resolves he’ll have about 18 months time served. Sitting in jail till you’re sentenced always works in your favor, if even slightly.

I just don’t see him ending up getting slammed with a lot of jail time but they’ll backload all this into an extensive probation. And slapping on another 6 months after he served 18 to round out an even 2 years served wouldn’t make much sense.

Chris being too "special" is not the win in this case that it was in the past.
The implication is that Chris did it. Being a mongoloid can keep him out of jail, but it is not getting him back to Casa de Chandler. Quite the opposite in fact. It will give 14BC the ban powers of Gamestop, that dumb mall, and the GAMe PLACe combined. Michael Snyder's jew-magic will pale in comparison.
Even Barb getting shipped off to the nursing home will not help as he will have no say in what happens to the house. Some other family member will get POA. I doubt that any of them are letting a rape artist shack up there. Heck, if Coley is actually divorced, he might be living there now as his earning power is less than CWC's. Wouldn't it be a hoot if Cole moved in and ended up in jail with Chris for also giving in to the Barb's seductive powers?
I think it would be more likely Cole gets prison time for smothering Barb with a pillow.

Then him and Chris will be cell mates! What fun!

Good luck getting Chris to check in with his probation officer.

By the way, for the legalfags here, what types of probation are there? Does a single failure to meet with your probation officer result in automatically going back to prison, or does it mean that they tighten the terms of your probation period or lengthen it, first?

I know everyone in here is doomposting (can't blame you), but it's not like it's guaranteed he gets off on the tard defense at this point, is it? Who has to see the truth in order for him to still go on trial- the judge, the prosecution, a shrink? Obviously his attorney is gonna try and go for this, that's his job, but SURELY he won't actually walk... right?

For sure, mental issues like Chris's are extremely complex, and can have multiple facets.

I view a lot of his behavior (for what my opinion is worth, as some random asshole on the internet ) as extreme risk taking, but the pattern I notice is that he is often more willing to risk others.

But plenty of times Chris has went out on the thinnest of limbs for the merest suggestion of reward , stupid accounts for some, autism a bit more, but disregard for consequences in general I feel is the biggest offender.

Again, for what it's worth. And to clarify, you are most certainly correct, I think the only real debate is how much of each is screwing Chris's mind.
