Is he implying the PayPal transactions in the phone bank leaks are trolls using his credit cards to buy WWE Champions? If that is the case this is a new level of delusion by Dave. That means for months his PayPal was being siphoned $16-$100 a week and he didn't notice money coming out of his PayPal and/or bank.

This sounds nuts but I can see Phil telling his bank that the PayPal payments were done because of the "identity theft" so he got free WWE JPEGs because he lied about those payments not done by him.
