It would be better if they had gotten him to shout out Joseph Goebbels, but he was barely able to pronounce "Rommel" so I doubt he would shout it out. As to him collecting his jokes in a book, that would require effort, something he isn't capable of. After all we're all still waiting for his novel about the genetically engineered super cobras.
