DIY tends to involve buying in powdered chemicals from chinese labs (raws) and brewing them with a carrier oil and solvent in order to produce injectable vials

of course given the average hygeine and sloppiness exhibited by troons, you'd be playing botulism roulette to inject anything made by them, they don't have the patience to keep the solvent low and they'll probably overdose the vials because more = more girly

I know a guy who had breast cancer (very rare for men, but he is definitely a man) and after chemo and surgery and other shit he had to do, to keep it in remission he has to take estrogen.
