You can see faintly here that the form dated August 5th at 4:15pm. The printed text at 2pm is crossed off at replaces with 4:15pm with a signature next to it. Apologies if it sounds like I'm being nitpicky here, but if we want a good timeline out of the minimal information we have, we have to be. From this I think we have to assume that Keffals is lying about being woken up at 6am on August 5th because the warrant is for entry at 4:15pm to 9pm, or 2pm to 9pm if we're wrong about the edited time.

This is the part I still don't understand.

Warrant appears to show the time allowed for the raid, and yet he insists they came outside those hours. Which I beleive would invalidate the warrant. So it's either a colossal screw up from the cops (always an option), he messed up the time as the letter says that the emails were sent to counselors at 6am, or they are using the idea that they were woken up by rifles as as a scare tactic for more money.

All of which are possible and I just can't decide which. But then why release the document with that info. Again just makes things SUS.

Seriously fuck swatting, for the attempt murder part, but mostly because it gives assholes like this a built in grifting excuse if anything ever happens. If this is swatting, that category means nothing anymore and Trump got swatted at MarALago.

If it's handled correctly, his phone was put in a faraday bag on site and it won't be brought out until it's in a faraday cage. They're going to go through his phone with a fine toothed comb, after backing it up in the cage so it can't dial out or receive a remote killswitch. If they find anything, ANYTHING, on it that is illegal, they can take action.

Pictures of underaged people transitioning or asking for advice about genitals or top surgery. Him sending inappropriate texts, images, or communications to underage kids. Evidence of his narcotics trafficking.

The fact that they purged the discord highly suggests there was something in there that he didn't want law enforcement to see. Do you think he kept that purely on discord, or might he have saved some of that shit to his phone?

I still don't fully get the whole phone thing either. Then again I have never had my shit seized before. I would think they would have imaged it and then put it into an evidence bag. I don't see any reason why he couldn't have transfered the cell service/number to a new device as happens thousands of times a day and then logged into the socials he needed.

Unless the police are looking thru all of his socials, in which case he should probably wait on moving and get a lawyer 1st.
