I'm worried about this person coming out with their story will only help Keffals rather than hurt him in any way. It sounds like there isn't much hard evidence here so its relying on both sides recounting their stories.

The judge may have signed off on it at 4:15PM (as stated in some earlier comment in the past 50 pages lol) which would make it the day before, as the warrant was to be executed from around 2-8PM or something. Keffals says 6AM, which throws a whole wrench in everything, and I could be wrong about it being signed on the 4th, but regardless, a warrant was procured, which usually doesn't happen in SWATtings.
