Bruh that would make a better show than BCS, Saul could never.
>degenerate eceleb autistic tranny rapes mother
>found not guilty or culpable cause muh autism
>scumbag pubbie lawyer reads up on his client
>splits his sides, overnight Christorian
>decides to continue the Chris saga by suing the county for putting an innocent retarded man in jail unjustly
>Chris now has money for more legos
>bootleg Saul Goodman has money for cocaine and cigars to read Kiwi Farms & watch more Geno with for the next few years
I want this to happen now because it will be absolutely hilarious to watch Chris fight the law and somehow win.

Went to the door with a pizza and in a delivery uniform, full vid is over 3 min long. No one answered, but I got the sense someone was in there based on the dogs barking patterns. After I got back in my car a black van pulled up and a man in business casual got out of the van, I jumped out to speak to him but I didn't have time to set up my camera. I asked if a Barb lived here, he said not for a long time. He was very dismissive, like he knew about the history of the house and prank pizza calls. After I left he stepped into the house. I guess barb has a caregiver of some sort.
Might be Tom or Wayne

do not tap the fucking glass.jpg

Big ups on getting it sealed simply to keep the public out. Yeah, deprives us of knowing the full story but at the same time, it gives Chris the judgement he deserves. In a locked room where his only allies are his appointed legal team that's trying to keep his ass out of prison (which to Chris obviously does not translate to 'best interests' since Chris remains convinced he should be allowed to walk free an innocent man).

Given this is something he's doing pro-bono for the required 'donated hours' thing that got explained months back (since no fucking way Chris could afford a lawyer of this caliber), it may ultimately be in his best interest to see the case through to the end.
There is no required pro bono service in Virginia.

I don't want to get MATI, or get mad at you specifically, but I hate shit like this and feel gross for clicking on the vid. I think driving down the street and taking photos from your car is fine, but this just crosses that line.

The one thing I can say I was right about is this dude is clearly taking his duties seriously and fighting like a motherfucker for his motherfucker client. And remember, he isn't getting paid much for this. He gets paid more for literally doing nothing.

Goddamn Chris, this absolutely worthless bastard, having some fucking lawful good paladin piece of shit on his side.

I think working earnestly to preclude Chris from prison time disqualifies Heilberg from being lawful "good".

Lawful good looks like the public attorneys assigned to serial murderers and rapists who don't cross examine the prosecution's witnesses, call few to no witnesses for the defense, and put up the flimsiest arguments (usually something like "despite this mountain of evidence, maybe it's possible you could have a shred of doubt?").

If you're willing to go the extra mile and be like "Yeah, this is ALL due to the 'tism, can't hold the sweet summer child accountable, he knows not what he did" to try to get Chris fucking Chan off scotch free for raping his mom, when Chris obviously knows what he did was wrong, then you're probably more of a lawful neutral at best.

We as a society are worse off with Chris running around but I'm guessing it looks great for his career if Heilberg can actually pull off defending the indefensible, and that's probably what he's going for. The Jose Baez type

Chris is a doubly protected group in current america, he is mentally ill to the point of being considered disabled AND a tranny.
I am sure that this helped getting the Grand Jury to not indict right away.

Still, quite impressed that Heilberg managed to do that, AND get the pretrial motions sealed. Not wanting to prejudice a jury is an excuse, he would be retarded to agree to a jury trial, but it will give his client less media attention, which is good for Chris, sadly.
I really hate when pieces of shit who should just get locked away forever get competent counsel through sheer luck.

I bet after every time Heilberg negotiates another continuance for Chris he returns to his office, boots up his laptop, lights up large ass cuban cigar and then goes to Kiwifarms just to watch this board seethe.
"Marsha, cancel my 4 o'clock with Chandler... I've just discovered a new type of copium and I think if I let it sit for a day or two it might take on a new form..."

I dont think his tranny status is having any affect on his case. So far, this is a case about a severely autistic individual and should be treated as such, especially if incest is involved. It's rare to have a case where the defendant has knowingly engaged in incest because most incest cases involve some kind of mental illness.

[Insert jokes involving incest and the state of Alabama here.]
