I am kinda surprised that Fatty didn't cop a Rape charge here

My guess at what's happening is this; Despite all odds Ol'Barby did not throw her son under the bus to save her wrinkled ass. She copped to a mutual thing rather then forced so the DA can't swing a rape charge and pressing an 80+ year old practically senile pile of trash for an incest charge isn't really worth the time.

So we get this felony incest instead of rape with no riders because hauling Barb in front of a jury is a no win. So I'm sure they've offered a plea deal still, (time served with a non-contact supervised PO on Barb as she is his mother after all so they can't just flatly say no contact at all)

I think the hitch will be Fatty here. As we all know his toys are worth more to him then anything else in the world. Recall that upon being hauled in front of a judge for the first time on a very serious charge his only question was how soon he could go back and get the Leggo he left in his hotel room. So he won't accept any plea deal that doesn't give him access to The Temple so he can go back to the one thing he lives for. As long as the DA pushed for a no contact PO Fatty ain't buying.

I have no doubt that his lawyer is skilled and knowledgeable (for once) so I'm guessing he's looking for some way to get Fatty to sign onto a plea deal or negate the charges as that is really the only ethical way he can drop this stupid waste of time case and get back to his usual work. And if I was Fatty's lawyer I would of course push for the atismu defense. After spending 5 mins with Fatty you know he's a slow in the mind and that the judge will be more lenient despite the accused criminal history.

So we just have to wait until the court decides if Fatty is indeed a slow in the mind and then they will proceed with sentencing.

TLDR: Stop moaning Fatty didn't get the chair and get ready for a time served with conditions verdict.

Legally I cannot tell you more. Use your imagination, you can probably get close.

Fair, I just don't want to risk it. I know at least one other staff member who lurks here.

In the same boat.
It’s sad and hilarious that Chris, who we all know is %100 guilty and unrepentant about it and absolutely deserves the max sentence, lucks out and gets the kind of legal council you’d hope every innocent defendant would get to fight for them.

And you know Chris doesn’t even appreciate it in the least. He’s probably still pissed that Heilberg didn’t go and collect up his new hotel toys for him.

Appreciation is a skill a lot of Autistic folks lack. Something you really have to work around to help him.

Most times it ends up in someone who needs help not getting it because of thought patterns that are out of control.

Somehow in this case it just keeps working out for Chris.

I don't want to get MATI, or get mad at you specifically, but I hate shit like this and feel gross for clicking on the vid. I think driving down the street and taking photos from your car is fine, but this just crosses that line.

I see it like this.

You go to a bar, a bunch of huge nasty bikers are fighting. Watching it, that's okay, and if somehow you get harmed for this, not your fault.

Now if you go up, start talking shit and get involved, anything that happens is on you for doing something so stupid.

Went to the door with a pizza and in a delivery uniform, full vid is over 3 min long. No one answered, but I got the sense someone was in there based on the dogs barking patterns. After I got back in my car a black van pulled up and a man in business casual got out of the van, I jumped out to speak to him but I didn't have time to set up my camera. I asked if a Barb lived here, he said not for a long time. He was very dismissive, like he knew about the history of the house and prank pizza calls. After I left he stepped into the house. I guess barb has a caregiver of some sort.
What kind of shit video is this?

Did you upload this to Dailymotion or something?

The cardinal rule:

If you're going to ween, at least get someone who can record with a steady hand.

Fatties gonna fat. It's a good thing he didn't get the chair, his fat ass would go up like a greasefire at a Denny's

Alright I'm going to throw my hat in and share a little insight on the group home thing because I have a family member who has worked in that industry for 20+ years. I'll add some stuff that I didn't see get touched on, because I do think he's going to end up in a group home. Not sure the specifics of Virginia but I know a number of states use a system like this for group homes that aren't privately owned and operated or if they are, they're the kind that will take court orders and other types of patients that would normally be subject to scrutiny. Some of the more lax places (the kinds of places that would allow him a bit more freedom) won't take tards with sex crimes because the whole purpose of giving their residents freedom is the assurance that their tards will not be a danger to the public.

They will hold him in jail until a spot opens up if he is court ordered into a group home. In the event that it's a court order he won't be able to decide if he stays or goes, obviously. A little different from a conservatorship or ward of the state deal because the court order is either for a set amount of time or upon completion of whatever program they have going. The program would consist of him meeting goals, usually those aimed at teaching him independence and not reoffending.

In homes like these they have standards of behavior and living, which include hygiene and chores. The day is usually structured and gets less structured as residents complete phases of their treatment plan or whatever individual program has been created for them. This is where the no porn thing comes into play, because it's against the behavior standards.

The process of teaching independence may include him getting a job later on down the line if that's a part of his treatment plan. They could transition him to a more "halfway-house" style of living that could kick him back to the stricter program if he fucked it up. In some ways this whole group home thing is a lot worse than jail because jail is based more off of time served and a bit less on behavior. But these state mandated stays can be indefinite if a person isn't making progress towards improvement. Someone who works their program and meets goals can get out relatively quickly, but we know how he can be.

Chris thinks that a group home will be a step up from jail, but he has no idea what it's like and if he isn't motivated to get out he won't. It's a legal loophole that has been used for decades, similar to locking people in asylums for years and years.
Someone I had the displeasure of encountering ended up in a place like this via court order and has sat for at least seven years when he could've been out in two. Anyway, moving on.

Medication can also be part of a treatment plan, but all of that is heavily regulated by the psychiatrist and the support staff. The psych prescribes, the staff medicate and do mouth checks to make sure someone isn't squirrelling their pills. Some places will restrict bathroom usage after taking meds if someone has made it clear they're gonna try to puke up their meds or do anything suspicious after meds or meals.

Communications are monitored, hobbies are monitored, interests are usually limited to whatever is considered therapeutic, and all of this is legal because it's considered part of the treatment plan. They can also isolate him as a part of the treatment plan. People assume the asylums are gone but they've morphed into group homes. Some of these places are really deplorable, but they mask this by once again saying that what they're doing is part of a treatment plan.

I think he's earned it, though. I think he'll do the bare minimum to get enough privileges to be able to get some computer time, but the second he fucks up they take it all away and he's gotta work from the ground up. But he thinks it's the lesser of two evils.

While I applaud your spirit, I must regret to inform you that you have broken a sacred rule of "Don't pozload my neghole."
As such, you are to be publicly whipped 50 times with a pickle and forced to shout JULAAAAY 300 times.

Man, the more I think about the Tard Home Saga the more excited about it I get. Chris’ superiority complex over other “slow-in-the-minds” is going to go into overdrive. Especially if he ends up with a roommate. A real Downie one that frustrates the shit outta him with his “slur-talk”,

As much as my sense of morality wants him in Big Boy Prison for rape, being sent to a Tard Home will probably be both the most fitting and cruel punishment for ol’ Chris.

Just like when his school forced him into taking the short bus… except he can’t get away from it.

I'm wondering if Chris ends up in a home, if it will be a home with other slow in the mind people that have done violent and sexual crimes that they could'nt put in a normal prison.
Over 20 years ago when I was hard up for a steady job, I put an application in at a place that I think was like that. I did'nt know it until I went in for the interview. The ad said "Awake overnight concilor." Or something like that.
At the interview I was told that as soon as I was hired, I'd get 5 weeks paid vacation. Not after 3 or 6 months, or a year. But as soon as I got hired. They also told me that if I took the job, I'd have to sign a contract saying I would stay at the job for a full year from my hire date. They offered me the job right at the interview. I declined, if they had to make you sign a contract to stay for a year, and give you 5 weeks off with pay right off the bat, then the job was pretty stressful.

Sorry if that was power leveling, just trying to give some perspective.

Why are you fucking knocking on Barbs door?
She might be a piece of shit but shes an old woman who got raped by her insane son, leave her the fuck alone.
And then you come here looking for clout?
You're not gonna get your dick sucked for a shakey video of a door.
Nice face dox you caught of yourself in the glass door by the way.
Do you fucking attention seekers ever learn?

That said , those dogs are something else.
No wonder no one heard the screams when Chris started in on the Barbussy.

So as someone who is a tard wrangler at a group home, and a follower of christory since about 2011, allow me to explain some of the other things he may get annoyed with based on what I have seen working several facilities.

Limited to no internet access: No ability to watch the shows he wants or if he can, only for limited intervals (strictly enforced), no porn (also strictly enforced), and heavily restricted access to social media (usually only if you behave, although all facilities are different).

The amount of "slow in the mind" people he will be around: lets be honest here, Chris has been vocal in the past that he views himself as better than other people with autism (and maybe down syndrome). Imagine Chris in a home where he had to deal with individuals with down syndrome, autism, schizophrenia, and various other mental or developmental (there is a difference based on diagnosis) disabilities. Now imagine him living there for up to 5 years. It was posted in his jail letter that he may have tried to perform an exorcism on someone while at the mental hospital under heavier guard, now picture that at a group home which can have as few as one staff to ten residents.

Roommates: the facility I currently work at sleeps two residents to a room. Just picture Chris getting put with someone with lower functioning autism than him, who doesn't buy into the merge, or just rages even more than Chris does, or, well, any other number of reasons.

Food: at my facility, they may get some type of fast food (or any type of restaurant food) once a month. The rest is government approved sodexo/sysco/whoever the lowest bidder is, food that I would consider worse than what I got in all the MREs I've eaten (vomlet excluded). Although, knowing Chris, he may actually appreciate the TVP, as its mostly soy, so this could potentially be a plus.

Communication: while I am not sure what group homes are like in Virginia, where I work, communication is heavily restricted. Monitored calls to prevent asking for things that they can't have, monitored outgoing mail (there's a story to why that happened), as well as incoming mail so that no contraband gets in. Obviously this would prevent Chris from begging as much (although to quote Jeff Goldblum "life finds a way") if the screen them, but I have no way of knowing if they would actually screen his letters at whatever facility he goes to, however, if any of his letters are brought up in trial, they might.

Feel free to address any questions and or concerns, and I'll respond to the best of my knowledge.
Thanks for your input. It sounds like you had some pretty serious cases at your facility. That makes me wonder how applicable your experience is to Chris. Are there people as high functioning as Chris where you work? If so, are they segregated from worse cases?

And better chances for content. The local group home around here has its residents do busy work like sweep cigarette butts up in plaza parking lots. I’m half hard at the idea of seeing footage of Chris all sad faced and morose with a broom and dustpan finally forced to work.

I might be wrong, but I’m calling bullshit on this “e-mail” for several reasons.

1. It’s written very poorly. For someone as educated as Heilberg is, it reads like it was written by a ween with a 9th grade education. I mean, come on, “inaccurate online disinformation”??
2. Both his mental health status and the fact that he’s ‘accused’ of a sex crime would be reason enough alone to have the records sealed.
3. I just can’t see a lawyer involved in an active criminal case just freely discussing any aspect of his case with someone who isn’t involved in the court process.

from what I've seen, Heilberg is deep in Chris side and parrots his talking point of muh haters
what are the chances the reason why he fights so hard is so he can become mayor of cwcville and marry rosechu?
Chris offered him a very lucrative deal as the exclusive defense lawyer in CWCville post-merge. All those fictional villains turned-flesh will need constant legal counsel after all.

If it wouldn’t be too much of a powerlevel, can you tell us what that business was called or even the “technical” name for a home like that? It seems like an industry that tries to keep itself as under the radar as possible, for good reason, and I’m interested in looking into it a bit
