If he did, they can probably get it removed since he doesn't even live in Baton Rouge. He 1-starred a company that didn't hire him, and they got it removed because he wasn't a customer.

Not living in a city doesn't make it removable if that was the case then nobody who's on vacation could ever rate a place.
No if he did that he'd get it removed because his review had nothing to do with the breastaurant itself and instead just focused on one of the servers. Had he left something like, "I went here on Saturday and my server was really rude and treated me like I was an idiot. When I complained about the service and the food the manager told me to pound sand and get the fuck out. I'm never going back and urge everybody to do the same". THAT would be a review even if he never went and they'd have a harder time taking it down. Instead if he just said, "this server has AIDS and wouldn't let me cure her by letting her suck me my penis" then that's obviously not serious and it's trolling in nature.
As for the company that didn't hire him... well he was never a customer and it's up to them who they hire and who they don't.
