I don't believe this for a second. Like stated previously, hard drive seizures can last for months, or even years. Unless the PD makes an official statement, or unless Lucas posts evidence of him currently in possession of the seized hard drives, he's a bold-faced (Or perhaps in this case, smug-smirked) liar. He knows full fucking well the PD wouldn't even dare try to push back on any claim with the heat they're taking at the moment from TRAs.

Exactly this. To remind everyone, we only know that:
  • The police showed up to Lucas' house.
  • The police took evidence.
  • Lucas was not visibly or publicly active on Twitter or Discord before the swatting supposedly occurred despite him likely being awake during that time.
That's it. We don't know time frame of the raid/swatting, motivations behind whoever may have called it, who indeed called it, none of that. We have no proof that the Chief apologized. There's a LOT missing from this story, and it'll likely never come out. Hell, there isn't even proof they took harddrives as far as I can tell. If I'm getting anything wrong, lemme know.

Based on the way he's described the event, he's being purposely vague about the events in order to make his audience infer the worst.

  1. "Woke me up" but doesn't mention the time ---> wants people to infer the incident happened in the middle of the night, but that's disproved from the time frame on the warrant and the times written on the evidence sticker on the side of the computer.
  2. "Gun in my face" ---> cop was holding a gun and it was near his face, doubtful it was actually pointed at him.
  3. "woke up to them in my hallway" ---> did he or his fiance let them in? If they busted down the door, why would he leave that out of the story and not take pictures of a busted in door? Someone let the cops in, it wasn't forced entry or he would've said so during one of the interviews.
  4. "Swatting" but it sounds like local police department showing up with a warrant, maybe the cops were armed, as is typical, but it clearly wasn't a SWAT/special forces division.


Go to timestamp 0:57, he is definitely looking at the evidence bag to see if his deadname was on it 100%.
