Chantal has been talking about moving out of the villa since she moved into it. She didn’t like the stairs, she didn’t like the people, something was wrong with the gym or pool or some shit. Then she was going to move because people doxed her. She had been talking about moving to lure Nader for the better part of a year. She had a specific cabin she was going to buy for fucks sake, fantasizing about specific apartments is nothing new and means nothing.

I wish people weren’t repeating this eviction idea as something we have any evidence for, it makes everything else on the site slightly less trustworthy. Chantal being bad with money isn’t proof she’s being evicted. Chantal apartment hunting isn’t proof either.

The villa is not a townhouse. Its an upstairs 2 level apartment in buildings that look like townhouses. Her "townhouse" is split into 4 apartments, and adjoined to a row of similar units split into 4 apartments. She has tennants in an apartment below her, and with no firewall beside her. The rental company has actual towhomes in the neighborhood for rent as well, so the neighborhood is called "Forrestview Townhomes"

Here is the "villa". Its hard to make out but there are 4 units per, turning them into apartments. You go up those stairs and there are 4 doors on the porch. The side doors go to the downstairs units and the two rear doors go to the upstairs units (Chins is the upstairs left of this end unit).
They are a clever way to get apartments to blend into a townhome community if the city planners are fighting you on multitennant housing. Also, a lot of places would actually sell each of those 4 units as a condo if they werent renting them.

ETA: I know a lot of people think of the "villa" as a townhouse as it has 2 floors, its not as common to have stairs in an apartment but does happen. Not all "flats" are flat. And now you know why there are steps going UP to the living room. its not because the ground level is a garage. the ground level is someone elses apartment.

Most companys err on the side of caution, when it comes to weight limits. They obviously test their product and then add a safety margen, so they dont get sued by an angry fatty. Could this chair take the weight of a 450 pound cavetroll for 5 to 10 minutes at a time? probably

I remember this time last year when she kept saying she's gonna move in September. Back then she was going to find a place with a basement for peetz the pony fucker so at least she's willing to upgrade him from basement to his own bedsit.
I truly hope she does move to Montreal because she'll be hurpling her ass to orange julep for breakfast, brunch, lunch, snack, dinner and a midnight snack. All those poutines and pogo's will blow her up real quick. M600pl here we come.

Love that she didn't cover the number, it's what Chantal deserves.

To be fair on Shaz the hospital would have her pretty doped up at the moment, editing it out probably didn't even occur to her.

ETA:
During the rage stream Chantal started off saying how Shannon was a friend of 30 years who failed her last year when she needed her around the Nader stuff, then as she kept talking it turned into "we weren't that close for a few years" trying to diminish the friendship so by the time it got to why she couldn't go to the hospital, they weren't reaaaaaalllllly long term friends like that, so it's not her fault she can't visit, she's overwhelmed and they aren't that close anyway...

I hope this is the wake up call Shannon needs to see that Chantal has zero empathy and to just cut and run because engaging in a back and forth won't resolve anything.

Same. I have never pretended I started watching for any reason other than lol fat, regardless of the “behaviour not looks” rebranding currently undergoing gorlworld but this? She knows Shannon has been hospitalised for suicidal ideation or maybe even a failed attempt and while she’s still in the hospital she has gone onto YouTube to talk about how Shannon is a bad person and was actually cruel enough to not even say “I can't be here for you. It's me not you.” She twisted the knife. “I can't be here for you because you are a bad person.”

She's still in the fucking hospital. I've tried to finish this comment for ten minutes and I am drawing a blank. I mean, fuck man. What else is there to say? I don't think this is just her wanting to be told she's the victim, I believe she wanted to hurt Shannon.

It's hard to support someone after all that she's said and then Shannon dropping those messages. How do you justify those? Even if you kind of take Chantal's side that Shannon shouldn't have gone and made friends with FFG, how do you defend what Chantal has now done and said, especially what she has said directly to Shannon.

I started watching because she was kind of funny to watch when she was doing muckbangs and living with Bibi. She's not anymore. Not to me. I don't find her behavior now funny. I don't watch. I can't even hardly hear her voice. I catch up here and by clip channels. After reading this exchange with Shannon, I don't know what more there is to say. I'm just flabbergasted.

Here it is, she wasn’t on panel but in the comment section complaining she got timed out and Ariel said mean things about her so she’s going to call her job because of course she must lose her job for being a meanie to kind hearted Chantal.
