I think the channel that has it up is a re-upload channel. Their content is random art cc videos that were taken down.

I'm suspicious of why Kai took it down as well. The video of Omnia on his channel now is pretty bad imo. He uses puppy talk and comes across a little pretentious at times, also he does a bad job addressing his issues with Omnia. A part of me wants to believe Kai, but I'm still really suspicious of him.

I will say, his Thumin video had me rolling. Goes to show you can't trust any of these commentary channels. Also her responses to Kai on Twitter were so jarring and bad. She constantly brings up omnia's "abuse" to shut hm up about her obvious involvement (and obsession) with the hp drama at the time.

Honestly, all of this is suspicious on all ends.
I say do not trust anyone involved with the drama period.
At every single point, all of them have been shown to do something underhanded or outright shady.

And more if you upload these drawings to the internet. Is like digging your own grave. It sucks yes when you put a lot of effort on your art and someone takes the credit but if isn't let's say, protected by the law, there's almost nothing you could do.

For the most part, any and all intellectual creations are automatically protected by copyright law. It's just that most artists are not trying to be litigious about it nor have the funds to be.

Well you are also not trying to sell it and didn't publish it publicly claiming it as your own like Omina tried to do on a video she was directly profitting from.

Basically most tracing drama comes down to this. No one really cares if it is some nobody on the Internet, but it's a general respect and integrity thing especially if you are a large creator. Hell, it's even the same outside of art, people expect you to create your own work especially when you profit off of it.

In this case it is fully justified because they did try to falsely accuse him of grooming children.

Like no one believed the accusations but it is still fucked up they pushed that narrative because of a gay youtube video he did on them.

None of the people who knew him or his friends believed it, but that doesn't quite apply to people who don't know him or would just accept the accusations at face value especially given that grooming children can be pretty much career ruining unless you ignore it and try to pretend it didn't happen.
