You are a bigger pushover than Chris.
Wrong, I'm a better business man then Chris. The signatures are a request, not an obligation. His signature didn't cost me a dime. (Although in December he took $2 off if you didn't want a signature, even though he was supposedly selling them without stock). It took a shitload of time, yes, but he did send me what I bought. I wouldn't be teaching Chris a lesson by pursuing a claim he could potentially win.

Did you order through the "Autographed Book" option on the listing? If so, he didn't send what you ordered. It's like getting sent a T-shirt with the wrong design on it. If you're worried about giving him feedback, you could try sending him a message asking why the second book wasn't signed.

I was curious what Chris' return policy is on his absurd crap he sells on Etsy, so two weeks ago (yes, I just now got a response) I sent a message asking what his return policy is and what he would do if an item was shipped damaged. This was entertaining and insightful to say the least, since he doesn't list his return policy on his Etsy shop.

Fun fact, Chris believes that his Amiibos are valuable and a great collector's piece that will surely rise in value over the years, truly a wise investment.

"I take pride and Time, Love and Couture..."

I'll give Chris points for a word I never heard before!

You probably have heard it in Haute Couture.
Couture is french for needlework (sewing, tailoring)

It's all fancy soundin' , but fucked up ... kind of like Chinese Cuisine

Cuisine!?! Chinese!?!

Couture means it was created as a one of a kind piece of meticulous quality and the results are so smart you'd shoot your grandmother to wear it. This is not couture. However, if he started making little fashion outfits for his amiibos I wouldn't miss a single episode of that!
