Side note: Rie mentioned moving and later mentioned being in quarantine so I don't know if she is going through an interstate or international move.

I'm positive she's mentioned (bolded portion) not being born in Convictland, and also why she/others don't have an Aussie accent everywhere: she's American (or has an American parent; not sure if it was that chatting stream after karaoke?).

I agree that MGO was pretty poorly marketed. The Overture EP was more of a Taku Inoue album with Suisei as the vocalist, which is fine but Suisei is the main selling point. The music is more electronic/club type music than j-pop or j-rock, which is more up Suisei's alley.

I'd also say they are trying to target a more domestic audience and reach a non-VTuber crowed if possible. Suisei has had a radio appearance to promote the concert and will have a few more as well as a pair of TV appearances within the next week.

If there is another MGO album, I'd hope Suisei has a bit more creative control and asks for songs she'd like to sing rather than songs Taku Inoue wanted to write. He also specializes in genres that don't fit Suisei so I hope her next album is a solo album.

Man seeing all this JP x EN crossover content warms my cold dead heart, seeing the girls both struggle each other languages will never cease to put a smile on my face. Just got to catch up on it all now.
Hell even seeing Subaru first rust stream is fucking hilarious, I cant wait for even more. Beats Minecraft and Apex now.

For some reason I didn't even think of fighting games for the 'gamer' shit, damn. I'd be listing Melty Blood, UNIB, Hisoutensoku, GG (XX primarily, haven't played much since Isuka) and BlazBlue in that case.
