You took a break at the end of 2019 did ya Boogs? I seem to remember things differently.Boogie's having some self realization...

Of course, he leaves out the part where he was threatening people online which resulted in him firing a gun at his neighbors.
Firstly, that's when you launched and spammed your Twitter audience with reminders to sub to the new travel channel.
Secondly, your travel channel lol. Without giving you too many views, I can see that you uploaded 12 times between Nov 30, 2019 and Jan 6 2020:

Thirdly, your main channel. You uploaded 15 videos in December alone. That is one video every 2nd day:
And really, if you count the travel channel videos as well, that's almost a video every single day on either channel. But hey, Boogie took a break at the end of 2019! He lives in reality and us haters don't!!!
Let's say that Boogie got this confused and meant that he took a break at the start of 2020:

Let's not forget the travel channel:

That's still 13 uploads in January. He also knew that he was going to "take a break" from social media (I discussed this break in length here), so what does he do? He posts this clickbait video to make it look like he's actually quit Youtube:

But of course he comes back 2 weeks later (likely his longest ever break from Youtube) with footage of the hooker he spent the fortnight with:

He never retired, he just became disillusioned with Youtube because he wasn't getting as many views anymore. I pointed this out earlier in the week with this screenshot:

He started uploading more towards the end of 2020 because of the new consoles and he was getting decent views. He of course thought it was because Francis was back and spammed Francis videos until he started getting low views.
He tends to upload once or twice a week now. Is this because he retired? Of course not. He's just lazy, but also craves attention. So he can't be fucked, but the need to stay relevant pushes him to do the bare minimum.
We've also seen him use the excuse of "laying low" until the court case with the State of Arkansas was over and that's why he hasn't uploaded a lot. He made that comment in the "This has to be Rock Bottom" video from Feb this year.
The only real break he took was from Twitch and that's because any time he streamed, he'd end up on r/livestreamfails. The rapists and nazis meltdown was the final nail in his coffin for streaming, so he did actually lay low with the streams. Perhaps something happened behind the scenes with Twitch that we don't know about.
He's mentioned in the last few years that Tiktok was going to be the next big thing, so he's spent plenty of time over there. Here are his Socialblade stats from the past 2 years for videos uploaded:

As you can see, he uploaded 313 videos in June 2020 alone. Unfortunately, I don't have access to anything before this graph and I am not wading through years of shirtless Boogie Tiktoks. You can see from the graphic that Boogie's highest Tiktok usage was 2020 hands down. Ya know, when he "took a break" from ???
Finally and most importantly, Boogie never mentioned that he'd "retired" from anything until 2021, long after he'd done irreparable damage to his career.

And again in his 2022 New Years Resolution video, he mentioned that he'd retired from Youtube:
((Look at those darting eyes when he tells the lie. Reminds me of DSP))
Here's an exchange that Boogie had with a fan just after the rapists and nazis meltdown (2019):
Still not convinced that Boogie's retconning his past? Okay, well here's a Tiktok from late 2020 where he again laughs off any suggestions of retiring:
One month before that video, Boogie again seemingly alludes to not looking at retiring any time soon:

He's rich but he's not rich enough to retire but he's rich enough to retire but he's thinking of retiring but he has retired but he never retired he only semi-retired but he's also not retiring any time soon. Fuck you Boogie, why does every lie you tell have to be a deep rabbithole?
TLDR: Boogie stepped away from Twitter and Youtube for roughly 2 weeks in 2020 and that was it. There was no break. He never retired. He simply can't admit that he "fell off" without having some excuse.
