Here’s what happened to a cyclist in Chicago when a cyclist did something similar to a different Tyrone. Most of these urbanists will be scared shitless if Tyrone in his hellcat or Pedro in his lowered Silverado beats the shit out of them for doing something similar

Bike lanes generally get built like shit in the US, even in cities, though at least cities can generally build ok sidewalks even if they still require you cross active traffic half the time. But bike lanes are either painted on the side of the road, still inviting danger and for retarded bicyclists to just do what they'd already do, or there are certain parts built as actual pure pedestrian paths but usually only for scenic routes. The farther you get away urbanity, the less anybody gives a shit about anything other than cars. You end up with bike lanes painted onto the side of the road all the time if any, and sidewalks that just end in someone's empty lot. 50+% of pedestrians I see in areas built for single family suburbia have to walk through overgrown unpaved areas to get back to sidewalks if they can find any. And it doesn't have to be that way.

I’ll admit that I don’t know the succinct details of how these things should be properly implemented (I’ve tried implementing them in a city in Cities: Skylines and fucked that up catastrophically) but I’m happy they are there for an alternative means of transportation.

Seems to be a mutual respect between motorist and cyclists, so everyone is happy. This is my town and I know it doesn’t apply everywhere, but just wanted to give my take. I’d probably give up my car if it was tenable, but more importantly, if it wasn’t cool

I feel like faggots like them are just controlled opposition that prevent actual meaningful changes to urban and suburban design to make them more eco-friendly and generally traversable so that either we end up with the useable but kinda shit system we have now or actual retardation, either of which will make globohomo corpokikes rich. Same deal with cars and alternative energy sources and the retards pushing useless solutions like solar and wind power or EVs instead of the more sensible ones like nuclear/hydrogen power and hybrid cars(respectively).

Let me assure you, there are absolutely people who have vehicle fetishes (though usually they involve someone transforming into a vehicle, which is either less weird or way more so, depending how you look at it). Oddly, motorcycle transformation seems the most popular. I blame Stephen King; easily 90% of these people will mention "Christine" without prompting when they message me.

Actually, I could probably start a thread just going into all the weird, rare fetishes I've encountered and been offered money to create content for. Some of them are just bizarre.

Very often you can shoot down their arguments by vouching for motorcycles for personal transport. they cause less congestion, get the best fuel mileage out of motorised transport, they can filter through traffic in most states, and you can park something like 10 motorcycles in the space of 5 cars. But they do not want to acknowledge this.

None of them consider the elderly either when going on an anti car rampage, or the fact that up to 5 people travelling to a destination benefit a car, or workers needing to haul tools to a site, or insulation from bad weather etc etc the car and mass transportation revolutionised the world and theyre seething about it
