Legal Kiwis correct me if I'm wrong but in order for her to claim this wouldn't her work need to be copyrighted? And then she'd have to come up with the possible damages and amount she's lost which she would then have to sue for. Of course she'd also have to pay for her lawyer which would mean she'd need to sue for a large amount because, she's poor. And finally since N00l doesn't keep logs of people and since most of us use a VPN or Tor to access the site the chance of her actually serving the papers are as close to zero as you can get without actually being zero.

I mean stopped clock and all that.

And just an FYI, I heard from my brother-in-law he showed the plush I sent him to his superiors and they liked the idea of putting the Wogglebug plush into the claw machines out there. So they're going to be looking for an order of 5000 of them to start. They'll test them out in Osaka and see if they catch on there. He's also asked if you'd be able to supply him with minifigs of Woggie and some of the other characters to stick in gachapon machines. Of course they'd have to made of resin or whatever those things are made of. And it would be cool if you can make a Woggie &Froggy minifig or maybe two minifigs that can be joined somehow. Maybe make it a chaser set or something. Limited run or only so many available within a district? I don't know.

If you can send me the samples like last time and I'll ship them off to him as soon as possible.

Oh my. I think you have a point... unless one can actually find the persons adress to serve papers too, you cant really sue that person.. :(

Cynthia I dont think theres a way around this mess. You would have to directly contact Null and ask him to find the IP of the person selling your movies so you can serve them papers.

and saddly Phil is correct. You have to ensure that you have legal copywrite of all of your films. And you must prove how much money you have legitimately lost from the pirated ones being sold... This is very upsetting. The most important part is finding the address. Otherwise you have no way to sue and he will keep selling more and more of your films. Hopefully he doesnt start selling your books as well...

The Wogglebug and Beetle Princess marriage is NOT a political marriage at all. And I don't see how you can you assume such a thing when you haven't even read the script or outline. I really have completed the outline and me and my co-writer will soon get to writing the script for it.

It may be that you are lying to me about selling DVDs. (and @Phil Ken Sebben may also be lying to me about everything he's said also) but even if you both aren't there is nothing any of you could ever do or say to get me to make teh Wogglebug and Frogman gay because that isn't what my vision is. And if you are actually selling my DVDs and intend to keep doing so, then you are going to just have to also sell the Beetle Princess movie when it comes out because it inevitable will. You guys may want to think you can manipulate my mind into either doing what you want me to do with my own series, or try to get me to stop working on building my dreams altogether, but you just can't succeed at doing either of those things.

He is certainly a he. He has shown me his picture in a private conversation between us. And that sweet girl I've become friends with is no lesbian any more than I am. She has a boyfriend of her own also, I specifically mentioned that before. And I am not lesbian either, as I can honestly say I look forward to the day when me and my boyfriend will officially get to snuggle.

The Official Wogglebug Wiki lists Frogman and Wogglebug as a happy homosexual couple and every scene they are together you can feel the love they have for one another and the sexual tension. Is someone blackmailing you to make Wogglebug straight?
