It is done extensively in many Asian countries, especially China due to the shorter height that Asians have as a racial phenotype, and so many rich Asians get leg-lenghtening surgery to be taller to appear "successful" like their Western counterparts.
I'm going to take a wild guess, just talking out my ass, as someone with zero knowledge of the field, and say that maybe those types of doctors (in the US, anyway) aren't the same kind of monsters. It seems that different areas of medicine that require (or don't require) different types of training and certification, and are involved with different populations, attract (and form) different types of doctors.

OK well the jaw was shaven. You could see that the chin is shorter and his jawline is more v shaped. Ironically his square jawline prior looked more round and feminine. That and the browbone was also shaven so the forehead appears less angular. Nose honestly looks worse. His nose prior wasn't exactly masculine. I guess it assumed all women have a tiny uwu snubs. His chin also looks worse. Having a prominent chin is considered masculine but it's a very attractive feature for women as well.
