The old PULL was Ol' Yeller'd two years ago, but a new one was created (Go see the PULL thread, I've added the details to the OP).
However, the site traffic has dwindled to a stop and that site is just a shell of the former.

Whats bizarre about this is, that's a Clay Claymore video, but the screencap refers to it as "Your Video." Clay Claymore has referenced material made by this Twitter user multiple times in his videos.

Its just a theory, but I think "ISWV-PTLs" or whatever the fuck you wanna call them, is actually Clay Claymore's alt.
