not at this level, no, while autistic and retarded people can be fantasy world oriented, especially if its enabled and not actively kept in check, its usually not to this level unless there is SZ and or severe personality disorders on top of it.
I'd honestly answer this with both Yes and No, Yes having a hard time distinguishing fantasy from reality Chris's level but like everything else Chris has taken that up to 11 but also it's not unheard off.
There was a kid who had Autism I was in school with and he was "Good" at maths i.e. he was good at certain kinds of Maths and he got pissed that he didn't win the Maths award one year at the End of Year ceremony my school did, He was up against this kid who was legitimately 4 years ahead of everyone else in the school at Maths and was doing work that was stumpinf the matsh teachers for fun and was on the spectrum himself but far more functional than this kid who was also well liked and was into jogging so was kinda fit and well built.
But this kid was just really smart at maths but got pissed when others out performed him, he did retreat into his fantasy life after school.
The problem with Chris is he's not "Just Autistic" he's Autistic with X* other problems as well that compound or where misdiagnosed as autism so without being a expert and examining Chris for a lenght of time you can't really peg it down, one thing I am hoping for if he ever get's released is for him to let slip results from his evaluation.

Again yes and no, some parts of him are fixed and he finds himself in more and more extreme situations he can say something verbatum he's picked up from other source and occasionally says something that's on his mind that for him seems profound, but he's not really that advanced he's just found something that's stuck with him that would seem normal for someone in that situation.
Mentally ill people are in general far more likely to be victims of crimes than perpetrators of them, and when they do crimes it's usually something that hurts them vs. others like drug abuse.
Eh that depends on the person and the situation, Chris is physically week, mentally vulnerable and a natural coward, if he was Big and intimidating he would try and use that to his advantage or get used to not being challenged, There is this Massive I'm talking 6ft 7in tall Swole as all hell guy in the special needs class in my collage who looks like he could eat a Puppy and Nun sandwich with broken glass for breckfast who is the gentilest mother fucker on the planet he doesn't even like killing spiders who in the last year got a room mate in his place who kicked the shit out of him and the staff / care workers would do nothing about it untill people from the outside complained on his behalf (he broke down crying on his tutors lap and it was found he'd been working with 3 broken fingers because of the other cunt) and the guy he was rooming with was violent but only acted up when the staff where not arround, and once a month there are storys of people with mental health problems wigging out and harming people.
I'm not saying they are all violent or want to cause harm but there is a reason people are weary around them for good reason.
