Technically, sure. Realistically? Not a chance.

The used game market is an absolute shitshow and has been irreparably damaged by youtube circlejerkers praising niche games or even mainstream titles to the point where mint condition boxes of massively printed games can cost a couple of hundred dollars, if anyone is actually buying games at those absurd prices is another story. Unless the item you're trying to sell is in high demand you'll almost never get the full asking price if you're trying to sell it in a timely fashion.

I agree, not just from laziness but also because Phil is a gacha slave. The same dopamine receptors that fuel him to collect 6 star Hogan's are probably firing off, telling him to hold on to the more valuable stuff. He could justify it as some kind of physical achievement.
