Nah man.

Europe has been pretty much closed to immigration since the 80ies. There are a few refugees, but they’re often taken on a temporary basis, and applying for asylum often meets years in a camp awaiting a decision.

The sandniggers you see come from three sources.

1: Netherland’s colonial past. Primarily from places like Suriname and Indonesia.

2: “Guestworkers” from Turkey who came in the 70ies and 80ies and were supposed to be there temporarily, but wormed their way into a permanent stay. Quite a few Palestinians there as well.

3: Their “families”. Remember those “guestworkers”? Basically every Turk and Arab have made their duty to haul their whole goddamn village to their new country through family reunification scams. Once they ran out of immediate family members to get united with, they started marrying their kids the minute they turned 18 to some cousin from the old village.

If you’re from some poor North African country, being nearly destitute in Amsterdam is still a better standard of living than back home. If you’re a second generation child of immigrants, you have your extended family and cultural community’s support network to help you out (plus you’ve never known anything different). If you’re a white American troon who grew up in some McMansion in American exurbia, it’s going to be hard.

Americans who only speak English who want to move to European countries other than the U.K. or Ireland confuse me. Certainly many western Europeans, especially in cities, have good conversational English. But when you need to get a job or fill out a rental application or go to the doctor, you’re going to need to speak the language of that country. Does this not occur to them?

No, they only engage with young cosmopolitan multilingual Europeans who all speak perfect English online, and if they ever go to other countries they are in big cities which cater to tourists, have signs and menus in English, and frequent establishments with staff who are paid to put in the effort to accommodate foreign languages. All of that will go away on actually moving there. The government paperwork will mostly be in that country’s language, contracts for rent or loans will be unintelligible to them, if they run into legal trouble they’re fucked. And the people they interact with as residents will be under no real obligation to put in any effort to accommodate them. Dealing with the minutiae off day to day bullshit is a lot fucking harder when you’re not fluent.

The same applies to most south americans that don't want to go to Yankeeland: they end up coming to Europe. Mainly Spain and Portugal from the obvious close ties and the language barrier being virtually nonexistent. When you are in the shit that Argentina is right now, being in Spain and earning minimum wage sounds like a pretty sweet deal even if Spain is getting screwed ever slowly. Same applies to Brazilians who either go to Portugal or Spain. Overall, everyone knows it's better to be destitute and scraping by in Europe than in South America/Middle East/South east Asia/Africa.

And on the subject of Muricans coming over to Europe, i think they actively avoid Ireland and the UK thanks to the skewed perspective they have on them. But i don't have enough insight on this to know if Ireland is still considered "Deep Catholics with beer island" and the UK is "Terf Island". Yet, like you say, i don't get why the decide to go to the Netherlands/France/Germany/Greece when they don't know the language. They will be rightfully screwed in every sense of the word if shit mildly hits the fan in matters of rent, labour, healthcare or law enforcement. And god forbid they end up going to a village or a not so big town where only the oddball speaks english at the tourist information centre. In some cases i think this retardation of going to non english speaking countries is because of the fantasy of reconnecting with their ancestry or some political bullshit like commies going to France.
