Phil confirmed to be having a heart attack on stream while begging for tips and stuffing his face. Also, don't ask him questions about his finances while he spends an inordinate amount of time talking about his finances.

I don't see what else Dave's plan could be, plugging in his current income of about 100k a month his potential SS payout gave $2826 when he's 66.
