When playing the game, he insults the developers multiple times, calls them braindead morons and tells them to go fuck themselves, but as soon as he is in direct contact with one of said developers, he goes into full on bitch mode.

He represents peak consumer bugman mentalities, and he never takes an ounce of responsibility for being an absolute piece of shit. Blind rage is a completely healthy reaction for normal people to have toward someone like Phil, online or irl.

What an amazing string of fails centered around the 1984 film called Gremlins.

It's about the Keffals troon. Another much older troon who used to "date" him showed up to the thread to dish dirt and was immediately run off by the KF genociders. Null got pissed. The elder troon came back but still no troon dirt.

One of the more overlooked flaws of his is that he is no better at deducing the truth than he is at telling it. This is why traitors can come crawling back to him, and he gets scammed as much as he scams others.

What baffles me is that he knows how it looks, because he refuses to relent on Champions. He knows it makes him a loser, but he puts no effort into not falling for shit anymore. He just keeps rolling the dice and expecting to not get fucked.

It's one of my favorite DSPisms lately when he tries to draw grand conclusions about support from a tiny sample size. He talks as if he has hundreds of supporters and claims that low support means that a particular game isn't popular. Instead maybe on that day OnlyIcedCuck had a barber appointment and couldn't make it or some other random shit.

If you rely on 3 whales for support, obviously there's going to be huge fluctuations. DSP is too stupid to understand this.

He's also in denial. He knows the truth, but he still holds out hope that it can magically turn around. Why else would he get so disappointed after the Oscars? He got attention from his tweet, but no thousand viewers, and he literally tossed out his prepared speech because of it. It was just clout-chasing, but it shows he thinks it can work.

His brain is constantly at odds with itself. It knows things, but feels a certain way about them, but also about the steps it takes to actually address it, so it just detracts itself over and over.

It would be worth to you/the individual, just like it would for someone to pay him and react to some video, or to a lesser extent, react to a troll message and get him baited into a rant. Fun or value is subjective here, if you think it was worth it for you then that's your decision.

The problem some people have is that you'd be directly and knowingly funding a scammer, so I can see people thinking it would be morally reprehensible to some degree, at least until he becomes transparent about it as a business practice.

Leaving aside Champions, if you're a Cryptolord for example, and don't mind wasting 10K on DSP for him to do something stupid, and you actually got entertainment/value out of it, you'd probably still get mocked because no amount of work DSP puts is worth that amount (to those people/everyone here), I said 10K but 50$ would also apply.

Your 3$ per set is optimistic for him to do, and I still see it as a rip off because a bunch of streamers I've seen will do that gladly for free.

Oh the value is absolutely subjective and I understand his ego is too big to ever commit to something like that. My question was more aimed at understanding what you said in your second paragraph. He's already transparent about his grifting to anyone with a functional brain but now we have better knowledge on what he spends the money on. With that, has that moral standing been skewed by his clear hubris?

I'd also agree that anything past $20 is laughable for any streamer unless they provide something truly exceptional.

Oh, it's way worse than that. Phil has already busted himself on how long he has had social anxiety before, when he talked about people at work calling him Sway, and even said that Kat has seen him do it too.

And we know it's anxiety because the few times he has been recording or live without knowing it, he has managed to not sway about at all. He doesn't admit this part, but it's obvious that interaction is the trigger, and we know it's even worse when he's talking but thinks we can't see him. That footage captures how bad his anxiety actually is, and I guarantee it is why he limits his face-to-face contact as much as possible.

It doesn't even matter if he's The Guy, he couldn't be around others even before that.
