Yeah, problem is, the documented evidence doesn't really reflect well on me. I was a stupid 29 year old who dated a 19 year old, and picked the absolute worst one at that. And she false-accused me of rape for personal gain, and she almost got away with it and landed me in jail (if not for her penchant for making easily-disproven lies).

Truthfully, I've been trying to put that whole saga behind me for almost ten years now.

By releasing any court documents, I'd be harming myself as much (or more!) than her, because there's as many people out there ready to believe her version of the story as there are mine. It's a losing proposition for me, no matter what.

I came because @The Line was already posting my words here, and I just thought you'd like to know what happened in my own words. That's all. I never promised anything more. (And really, I only proved my past association to mods to get people accusing me of being a faker off my back.)

As it stands, I can possibly provide additional insights into her mentality based on my experiences with her, or I can fuck off and not return here (or lurk forever). I'm still deciding.

I mean. You could send the court documents to the admins. Honestly, they’d probably give you a hand redacting all personal information, or the could at least confirm everything if you don’t want to actually show any images.

Unfortunately I dont think avocado can hurt keffals. Its an uphill battle because of the age difference. The group that defends Keffals calls men pedos if they date 18-20 year old women.

But it still goes on keffals online permanent record. The way cancellings work is that people bring up old shit when you screw up. So for Keffals it will be, "remember when keffals was racist towards a black trans women", "remember when keffals attacked a woman of color for no reason", "remember when keffals made false rape allegations." Whether its true or not doesnt really matter to them.

She has done wrong, and deserves to be made legitimately accountable for the wrongs she has actually done.

That doesn't mean swatting, it doesn't mean doxxing, and it certainly shouldn't involve rape threats (you absolute fucking monster asshole, whoever you are).

All we know for sure is that @AvocadosConstant has confirmed with the mod team a former relationship with Luke. Do we have evidence of the false rape allegations? Do we have evidence of any animosity between them at all? It's more than feasible that they're still friends. The amount of shit-slinging brought on by this gender debate has been pretty disruptive, intentional or not.

I'm the last person to insist that someone dox themselves on this site; after all I've gone to some length to avoid that myself... but a story would be nice :^)

I promise you we're not still friends. We haven't interacted directly since 2014, not counting evidence sent back and forth through lawyers during the case in 2015.

I, stupidly hoping for an apology and some kind of friendly reconciliation, I reached out by joining her twitch earlier this year. She banned me.

I also tried donating a small monthly amount to her Patreon account. She banned me, with an attached message telling me to "stay the fuck away."

Clear at this point I'm not going to get closure through any sense of decency left in her.

Yeah, the first time they posted here it could be dismissed as them just not being used to people not respecting pronouns. But even with their claims that Keffals falsely accused them of rape, they're taking the flimsiest of rape threats towards Keffals completely at face value? They're complaining that dumb shitposts might hurt Keffals's reputation? For all we know they could just be some crazy stalker trying to make Keffals pay attention to them.

Or they're just dumb.
