This is so transparent- her ego can't take FFG being so much more successful as her channel dies so she admitted she reported her this morning for bullying/ harassment.
She KNOWS this likely means the loss of her channel as well bc of her unhinged hate and insanity, so she's trying to make it appear as though it's her choice. She thinks she's so smart and no one will piece it together tho, dummy.
I think it's probably more like she's trying to play 5D chess with a brain shaped by edibles and transfats. She has made it clear that she's so utterly salty that reaction channels are pulling more viewers during their lives. It wounds her ego so badly -- it's not even about the viewer numbers, it's about those evil stupid haters needing to understand that even if they get more viewers, they're still beneath her highness. They need her, but not the other way around, so checkmate!
She's going to prove that to them by trying to starve them out by disappearing from YouTube for a while. I'm guessing in her mind, she imagines that she'll be able to make enough money elsewhere for just long enough that the reaction channels and Nader will die off, as they're so dependent on her for content. Then she will make her grand return to YouTube with whatever excuses, and -- again, in her mind -- the reaction channels will be forced to realize that they neeeeeed her, and she's the only one who matters.
Unfortunately for her, she's about as clever as a turnip. She fails to consider that most reaction channels are from people who aren't dependent on those channels for survival -- they either have day jobs that pay the bills and YT is beer money, or they just do it as a hobby while being stuck at home with the kids all day. The ones that are more dedicated are also more diversified, and they have a whole rainbow of crazy people to focus on. Their entire existence was
never about Chantal.
Most viewers have already grown bored of Chantal and/or disgusted by her attitude. Her "leaving YT" gives reaction channels the perfect excuse to fork over to a different, fresher subject and entirely abandon her content. It won't take long for those viewers to get emotionally invested in the new subject, and they won't care at all when Chantal returns to...do the same boring crap she is now. Everyone has already seen her nude, so that curiosity is checked off and OF dumps will get old, fast. They've already seen her fart, belch, cackle, bend over, and waddle. None of those things can draw an audience anymore.
She failed to build up an audience of fetishists who are separate from her YT audience, so OF is a waste of time. Twitch's terms of service has nothing to do with YT, so YT reaction channels still have an avenue to take that content if they want. Twitch requires more effort to build an audience than YT, and Chantal isn't about putting effort into anything. Fair use means it's not hard to make a case for third parties presenting her content without running afoul of TOS anywhere. Chantal can't stick to the most basic schedule, and even if she gets her shit together in that regard, she'll need more than just showing up at a regular time and day of the week to keep her channel going at this point.
She's not clever enough to be perpetually entertaining, she's not dedicated enough to build different audiences, she's not savvy enough to leverage reaction channels for her own benefit, and she's too narcissistic to let the trolls feed her superchats and engagement. At one point in time, she likely could have made something long-term for herself, but she has burned those bridges.
She decided quite a while ago that porn is her backup plan, but it remains a fantasy in her mind, and she's not willing to degrade herself in the way necessary for that to actually make her paychecks. She thinks she'll be able to dump content on "p-hub" and that doing so will shuttle tons of people to her only OFs and she'll still be rolling in dough. The problem? Deep down she doesn't embrace or love her fat, she hates it and wants to be sexy and skinny and desirable so bad. The only people who want her porn are there specifically for the degrading obesity. She has a fantasy that she'll lose the weight, get skin surgery, and be able to do the sex kitten porn, but briefly has moments where reality pops in and she realizes it'll be at least five years before she reaches that point..assuming she could stick to weight loss that long, which she knows she can't.
This has created an irreconcilable division in her mind, and that's why we increasingly hear her talk about feeling trapped and having panic attacks. She doesn't want to run from the villa, she wants to run away from the life she has made. She has boxed herself into a room that she can only escape by accepting reality for what it is, and that includes accepting who
she truly is. Her ego races in to convince her she's the hottest shit to ever waltz onto YT, so she momentarily soothes herself with this cockamamy plans and peacocks around high on that sense of plan, purpose, and worth.
Despite all of that -- and whether she comes back to YT tonight or two weeks from now -- it will be to the sounds of crickets, not trumpets. Reality will press harder against the fantasy until the fantasy cannot continue, and then she will go into a blind panic the likes of which we haven't yet seen.
